I brought my suburban in for installation of side bumpers, bars for roof racks and reattachment of rear window heating element.
I was asked to bring the truck in at 8 AM and did. I got a call at 12 noon informing me that they needed more time to install the side bumper panels and that the other two that were currently on the vehicle needed to be replaced too. They had decided to remove the two that were on the truck because they felt they too were loose. Therefore they needed more time to put on the four panels. I was falsely told that the job would take 3.5 hours to put all four panels back

Amazing staff and Abel to get my car in fast and get the work done because of my medical status they made it quick and didn't make me wait. Didn't get annoyed with all my phone calls due to my car being towed. Wonderful place and people!

I brought my 2019 Chevrolet Silverado to the dealership for a NYSI . They told me it needed brakes all the way around for a total of $1220 plus tax plus NYSI fee... I was upset because the truck only had 15000 miles on it when the warning light went on for the brakes... I talked to the GM and he said he would talk to general motors about the truck and keep in contact with me... I never heard back from him... so I brought the truck to Bob Johnson Chevrolet told them I wanted the truck inspected and that I thought I needed brakes.NEVER told them I had been at Victor Chev... I did need rear brakes

I came in for an oil change and asked if they ran a shuttle, they said that wouldn't be a problem. Brock drove me back to work, about 5 minutes away, and it just made the whole experience that much easier. It was a small favor, but it says a lot about the level of service.

Gary from the Service Department was outstanding! One of our vehicles had a tie-rod problem while enroute from Albany to Buffalo on the NYS thruway. We had the vehicle towed to Victor Chevrolet where it was fixed expeditiously by Gary! We are very grateful to him and appreciate his stellar customer service and the dealership!

I recently had a service for 15k and an oil change/tire rotation. My truck is a chevy 2500. The technician did not change my tire pressure after rotation of tires. I checked my dash when I left and noticed the issue. I returned immediately and had the tire pressure corrected. Certified technicians shouldn't forget to check tire pressure. PROPERLY train and have a checks and balances for this.

I have a 2021 Suburban. A whining sound developed and I brought the car in to be checked out. It seems it is the transmission. Victor Chevrolet was unable to fix the car for about 10days. I am scheduled to return to Florida mid week next week and don’t want to wait for the car, and realize that with inventory problems being what they are, that it could take significantly longer to get it done. I don’t have a second car here and don’t want to pay for a rental.
I did speak to a service person, Gary, a very nice person and that is why I rated the dealership a 9.

I had to give them everything except my first born before they would even talk to me about a price. When I walked in I clearly said I wanted to get a price rage on an Equinox. The salesperson wanted my personal information before even listening to me about the options I wanted. I would of/should of walked out, but I didn't want to cause a scene. I can pretty much assure you I will not be buying a car from Victor Chevrolet. Funny part about this is this is the exact same way I was treated a few years ago and I swore I wouldn't go back, but I did....WHAT A MISTAKE!!

Where do I even start
Sold me a vehicle 11 months ago, came back 3-4 different times with issues. The last time I came in one of your mechanics mentioned the oil was low in the vehicle and not sure if he fully inspected the vehicle because a month later the engine was blown on it.
I owe 12,000 dollars on this vehicle and they want 7500 to fix it. You would think if I have been in multiple times with issues and I have only put 7,000 miles on it that would warrant them working with you. Nope they could do nothing for me.
They do not call you back when you have issues they prefer to shoe you off.

Sales staff didn't know details about the Corvette I wanted to purchase. I waited for an "expert" to give me details about the car I wanted. This man gave me false information about the car I needed details on in order to make my purchase.
I'll make my buy elsewhere.

They quoted a price for a Chevy Cruze that included the tax, acq. Fee and DMV ($932) on 8/14/18 at noon via email. Drove to ink the deal that night to find out the real price was $3800? Showed them the email but they had no interest in what they quoted. I would not recommend these crooks to my enemy. Major bait and switch buyer beware.

Worst experience ever, took them for forever to respond my calls to tell me that I didn't qualified for the car, but the same day I put a deposit on this car they were still showing it to other people.

I am also been dealing with the manager ED, who customer service is the worst, I put $100 dollars deposit and now they don't want to give it back to me because I don't have a receipt. Well, I paid with my bank card and show them the transaction and all this guy keep saying is that he is not interesting on keeping my money, but doesn't call me back and everything I call he is

Called on a Pontiac on A Thursday i planned on purchasing on Saturday, set up an appointment and everything, Saturday morning on my way to work, i get a call that the car is sold, which was no problem, so i continued my search. Found the same car with less miles somewhere else about a week later, i ended up purchasing that one. A week after that i get a call back from Victor Chevy saying that they still have the Pontiac available. This was three weeks later, and also the car they told me had sold, Makes me feel like they thought that i wasn't serious about buying the car. I got a better deal

I purchased a 2015 Silverado 2500HD. I was not given a windows sticker when I picked it up. I asked for it the next day. 9 months later, with 27 emails back and forth with Victor Chevrolet and a lot of lip service with promised dates that come and go with no results. Today when I followed up on this ongoing issue, they told me to call GM customer service myself.

Victor Chevrolet was fine until the day after I picked up the truck then I was dead to them. They made their deal, got paid, unloaded a truck, and moved on without giving me my darn window sticker.

In March I purchased a Toyota Rav4. I have been back to the dealer 5 times trying to get my key replaced and floor mats for the car. (It was missing them). The dealer called and told me that they just got ahold of the previous owner and he brought them in. They were disgusting and worn. The other times I tried they were the wrong color ect. When I went there to get them they were obviously not the correct floor mats. I said I would call the owner and speak with him. While in my car, the owner comes out and said I refused the other ones. I told him I would send a bill for replacement mats
