Clear-Con, LLC was started in 2001 by Tommy Davis. The company's first projects were for the Departments of Transportation in various states, as well as for residential and commercial developments. Soon thereafter, Clear-Con began clearing Right of Way (ROW) projects for power transmission lines, and gas transmission lines.
We have grown from a humble 5 pieces of equipment in the beginning to over 75 today. During our busiest years, Clear-Con completes around 100 projects. In fact, during the ten years since our beginning, we have completed over 550 projects. Clear-Con has completed multiple projects in Florida, Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee, North Carolina and Virginia.
Owner, Tommy Davis, and some of our key personnel, have completed projects in Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana, West Virginia, Mississippi, Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Maryland and Arkansas. Clear-Con is a licensed general contractor in Louisiana, (one of the few states requiring a license for clearing). We are also an approved subcontractor in numerous other states.

Services
Clear-Con, LLC began clearing land for power lines and gas lines for major utility companies and state organizations such as utility commissions. After 10 years and hundreds of projects, clearing for utilities continues to be a major focus for Clear-Con. This is a FERC approved access road to a 3 mile wetland and an underwater pull back for South Carolina Gas.
With well over 500 completed projects during its first 10 years, Clear-Con was selected to clear the land for the Interstate 540 project in western Wake County (NC), the largest single project in the history of the North Carolina Department of Transportation. In addition, we have also worked on smaller highway construction clearing projects, always providing quality, expert services.
Clear-Con, LLC is prepared to take on your land clearing project, regardless of where it is located. We are currently a licensed General Contractor in Louisiana, as well as an approved subcontractor with the Departments of Transportation in North Carolina, South Carolina and Alabama. We are continually maintaining our existing licenses and securing additional ones for other states.
