We started by removing all the cabinets, drywall, insulation, flooring and bathrooms in their entirety. We moved some walls around and re-wired and re-plumbed the entire house. HVAC was updated but not completely replaced. Spray foam insulation was installed throughout the entire house (walls and roof deck in the attic) then we put it all back together.
This beautiful sun room was the dream of the homeowners who lived in a golf course community. I was recommended by a local realtor and I was able to make their dream come true. We took a section of the existing deck and started off by leveling it up to the existing house floor level, from there we built a sun room off the kitchen tied to the house.
This was a super fun bathroom to renovate using some very nice high end products. The bathroom was straight out of the 1980's and was screaming for an update. After removing everything from the bathroom, including wall paper off the wall, our first task was to cut the floor joist down in the shower area so there was no curb from the bathroom floor into the shower.
This may be the most interesting bathroom that we were hired to renovate. Although the layout of the bathroom did not change, the look sure did! When we first walked into this bathroom it was PINK.Everything was PINK! The tile floor, the vanity top, the sinks, the tub, the toilet, the tile in the shower area (even went over your head) and the tile wainscoting was PINK!
