All I have to say is Great!! Pacific came to my rescue! I put a full jug of laundry detergent on our office area carpet and floor. I called them to see what to do and when their next available appointment was. TODAY!! I had previously called them to clean the carpet in my home. They used their special treatment on some areas that my old dog got in the bad habit of going. After that the odor was gone and my carpet looked clean and spot-free- I can't recommend them enough for their professionalism, customer service, and results.
