Oscar and his team did an amazing job installing a large iron fence for my property. He was able to come out and put together a very competitive estimate almost immediately and his team was able to get the entire fence installed in just 3 days. I would like to give a shout out to Oscar with Sanchez Fence. He put in a walk gate with hardware in my iron fence and removed an old broken metal fence in another area that was a real eyesore. Right from the beginning to completing the job Oscar and team were quite responsive. In our situation there was a need for clean up of some areas and they did do a good job without charging extra for those services. In regards to fencing Oscar was quite responsive while giving quote, to scheduling and completing the job as committed. Oscar did not take the advance before commencing the job and we paid only after completing it.
I would recommend their services (for fencing) to any homeowner considering installing the fence.

These guys have been installing new fencing all around my community and I can see why so many neighbors pick Sanchez Fencing. I contacted them for a fencing quote after seeing them all over the neighborhood and they responded immediately and were here the next day getting me a quote. Oscar was great keeping me informed of the process. They installed really quickly and with perfection, very happy with the end results. The fence around our 20 year old pool was rusting. I contacted Oscar and he came within a day to look it over. He recommending replacing it. He gave us a quote before he left. We did not have to put any money down. He ordered the parts and called when they were ready to install. Installation took two partial days. One to remove the old fence and dig out the posts and put in new posts. Then, the next day after they were set, the finished the fence. No additional costs. Great communication. I just hope he's around in twenty years when it needs to be replaced again. Highly recommended.

We replaced cedar railing around our house with metal. Two of the large cedar columns had to first be replaced because of damage, and holes on the deck where the cedar posts were removed had to be filled. The carpenter cut and added decking material to repair those areas. He also filled the areas that needed it and painted all of the columns after removing the old cedar railings. Oscar came with his fencing crew to install the fencing. All of the crew members were excellent and professional. The cleaned up everything and took off the old cedar parts that had been removed. Oscar's work was excellent

I have had Sanchez fence work with me over the last nine years for my landscape construction company. He has done dozens of fences, and every job has been perfect. No one is faster or better than them. We've done quick small privacy fences to full-on custom made, custom built fences that no one else has done. They just knock it out of the park every time. If you need a fence done quickly at a fair price and perfect quality, Look no further.

Twice I've made an appointment w this company and twice they didn't show up for it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that there could have been a scheduling mixup the first time, but twice???? Come on!!! Sanchez and Sanchez either has plenty of business or they just don't really care.
I gave them 1 star for answering the phone but they didn't deserve that. They lost out on a big job.
