Delivery Info Report

Haul away service of all associated trash such as cardboard, styrofoam, plastic is also included. Austin, San Marcos, Round Rock, Kerrville, Temple, Killeen deliveries and are scheduled on Saturdays. Uvalde, Eagle Pass, Laredo, Victoria, Corpus Christi deliveries and are scheduled on Friday. Upon delivery the rooms where the items are being assembled the space must be free and clear for delivery team to assemble new furniture.

Searched for 6 months for the right mattress. Going into all the different big named mattress stores with pushy sales people, high pricing, hidden fees and no one respecting our budget. Walked into Big Dan's was greeted but not followed but our sales person, Betty. She made herself available for questions. No flashy gimmicks, no hidden pricing, didn't have to ask for the final pricing its all written out for you on the price tag. My daughter told me she was thirst and Betty offered her a bottle of water. Betty was friendly, professional and didn't push or try to get us to pay more for something

We were out xmas shopping when we received the call that our furniture was arriving in a few minutes. We only had one person at home and had not removed the old bedroom furniture! The kind delivery man volunteered to help! When we got home he had gone and it was all set up! I did not even get to thank him or give him a tip! Great service!

Very kind and helpful staff, bought a quality, stylish sofa/love for a fair price. They offer military discount which was a bonus. I love that the sales floor let you shop and they are really hands off unless you need help, Rainy was fantastic. Would come again.

By far best experience furniture shopping! We were greater the moment we walked in by Betty but she never hovered and always remained available for us. She was so patient with us and sweet! The prices were the best I’ve ever seen and on top of the great price they provided military discount! Also not to mention the next day delivery I MEAN WHAT that never happens! Best family owned furniture store in San Antonio. Big Dan’s has a big selection of reasonably priced furniture. Added bonus that delivery time is within 2-3 business days of purchases. Most furniture stores aren’t delivering for up to 2-3 months right now. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience over all. There is no pressure to buy. Staff is very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Thank you Big Dan’s for the pleasant furniture shopping experience. We will recommend this place to everyone and will be coming back in the future
