I called and they were very professional. Lisa helped me figure out what I could do while I waited for my AC unit to be serviced and it helped a lot. She then called and sent me a text that they could schedule me for an earlier day than originally available. When Josh came, he was very kind and knew exactly what to do. He also answered all our questions. Our AC unit is up and running. If ever we need the AC serviced, we will definitely use them again!

Patrick came the week before, without delay, when we reported that the outside unit was continuously running even though it was not a cold day. Gerald added freon last year and the unit was 14 years old. Paatrick said the blower was out and would cost $1,800 to replace. So we decided to replace the entire unit. Patrick was very good about explaining everything as we made our decision about what to purchase. Today (4/22/21), Levi and Trey came and installed the unit. They were friendly & professional and did a great job! Patrick came over and inspected the job and was again very nice. I would recommend

Just had one of their techs out to our home today. We have a very old radiant heat system connected to a gas boiler. Boiler went out on one of the coldest nights this winter. He was able to fix in one visit and under an hour. No issue/delay with getting parts or anything like that even with such an old system. Total cost under $300! This is the second time we've used this company for maintenance or repairs and have always been left happy. Definitely recommend to everyone. Check their Google reviews, they have five stars!

When you call, ask for Lisa! She knows what customer service is all about! The other dispatcher in the office will cut you off mid-sentence and she thinks all the customers are trying to jip them. Other than that, they do good work. They're honest, and their pricing is fair. And I love that they are a local small business.

They charged me $400.00 for a $50.00 part. That's a helluva mark up, you think? And besides, it is a Honeywell R7284B and NOT a R7284U. My receipt says a R7284U. The difference is the 'B' don't have the digital screen, but the 'U' does for troubleshooting the furnace. Total time for the job was around 15 minutes.
I didn't mind paying the $120.00 services fee, but charging $400.00 for a $50.00 part is ridiculous!!

On 7/2/16 I called and a Technician was dispersed to my home. The technician arrived soon after my call and I was very pleased with this. He was nice and professional.
What wasn't ok is that I was told within 10-15 minutes (really it was 8 minutes) that my downstairs AC unit was inoperable and that "the bad news" was that I needed a new unit for $4500. I paid the technician the $150 service fee and went on with my day.
I'd forgotten to tell the first company that I'd called, that gave me an 7 hour window for the tech to arrive, that I had found another company
