My AC condenser needed a new capacitor and freon, which is a pretty simple fix. The company was responsive and showed up on time. The capacitor was installed and my AC was working again, which was great bc I have kids and the house was really hot.
The team then explained that if I wanted to keep the capacitor that was installed and refill the freon then I needed to also pay for several other preventative maintenance services, which would have brought the total charge from several hundred dollars to over a thousand. On top of the crazy bad experience, Logan Mechanical added insult to injury by posting a rude and unprofessional comment to my review denying what really happened. I would never work with a place that responds to complaints like that. Prior to their rude response, my compliant was that they gave me a verbal estimate of $50K. They now claim they have no record of this...this sounds like gaslighting to me! If you need HVAC done, better off going to Magnolia or Michael Bonsby- both have more industry experience and provided quotes 1/5 of the price of Logan Mechanical.

Logan Mechanical took care of my mothers HVAC and also provided the best value after shopping around. Logan Mechanical has provided awesome support even after the job was completed over 5 months ago. I would use them again even if it cost more because their overall integrity and customer service.

Tristan was not only on time, but he was RIGHT on time!!! I called him on Tuesday morning and he came out the exact same day! When Tristan arrived he immediately got right to work. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and break it down in plain language so that I could understand. As a woman, I appreciate that a lot!
