For starters, Gail has been so wonderful to work with! She is an absolute delight! We had BHP fix our shower head arm that broke off in the wall as well as running Propane gas lines for all of our new appliances. The shower repair went well and the plumber was very pleasant. I am a firm believer that the way a business handles an "out of the ordinary situation" really speaks to their character. We had a unique situation with our propane install and BHP was incredible with it! Ive had a few issues with boiler. They are very good to come asap to fix it, so I rate them high on cust service. I recently had condensation in the pipes and the service guy was quick to spot and said they were not installed well, but as I have had them there every year would you not think they would have fixed it before or at least said something? I had a new blower installed the year before, so part of me thinks they caused it, but I still had to pay the service. That's the reason for only 4 stars. I do recommend them.

Our air conditioner went out in the midst of the heat wave. We had called several places and Blissfield heating and air conditioning was able to come out the same day ! Miguel was very kind, knowledgeable and was quickly able to diagnose the program. We would highly recommend Blissfield and especially Miguel for you air conditioning needs

I don’t do many of these reviews but I was so impressed with the quality of service I just received that I have to say something.
My 7 year old furnace was doing a couple of things that didn’t seem right so I called BHP and asked if they could send out a technician to check on it.
The technician, Miguel, just left. He was extremely knowledgeable and found the problem in about 10 minutes. Miguel was very personable, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure he did the job right. When he was done he showed me exactly why I had the issue and taught me what to watch for in the

I believe in trying to hire and support local businesses, but when you cannot get question answered,price quotes appliance options, or even so much as a return phone call, I understand there can be a high volume of services but I tried last year as well and got the same response. When a customer cannot get questions answered, it says a lot about their work. After asking around the city of Blissfield, and hearing how people feel, I will definitely be letting another company get my business.

We love this company from the owner to office staff and especially their technicians. We are working on an old farm house so that made putting in a new bath and relocating the existing one a major project. They made it look easy. The plumbers were so nice and professional and did a great job. Working around us doing other projects all the time being so patient. They were able to put heat ducts up stairs when another company said we would have to buy a second heat source for up there. Once again the technicians were pros.Pricing was very fair. We feel we got a lot of bang for our buck from this
