Our hot water heater went out on a weekend (of course), and their emergency services allowed us to get a replacement the same day. The service tech was Dan, and he was terrific, absolutely the kind of employee you wish worked for you (which, in a sense, he did). Whitcher Plumbing is now my Go-To plumbing company of choice.

I have had them perform repairs in the past and they did the plumbing contracting on my Mothers new house back in 2001 in Tecumseh and did an excellent job. I have also purchased a few water heaters from them (via Adrian Hdwe) at my other homes when they were in the same building as Adrian Hardware.
I recently (2x) in the last 9 months inquired about buying a water heater from them to relace one getting old at one of my properties since they sell Bradford White and those are made here in Michigan.

Made the appointment with a lovely woman in the office she said Dan would be out. He and James showed up promptly, provided a quote and got to work installing a new kitchen sink and faucet. I had problems with my furnace at the end of December. Whitcher came out and looked at it and told me I would need a new one. Mine was forty years old so it was time. Within the next week, I had a new furnace and air conditioner.
Dena was the first person I spoke with. She was extremely friendly and efficient with getting my information to the right person and scheduling appointments for me. Andrew helped me with the financing, he was awesome. He was efficient, patient and timely due to me needing a new furnace quickly in the beginning of January. Nate was the technician that installed the unit

Because in my opinion they are just the best there is. After a repair on our ancient Boiler (Furnace) in December, I decided to have a brand new one put in. BTW, this decision was not due to some high pressure sales pitch by Whitcher. As the tech (and I'm sorry I forgot his name, comes with advancing age I guess, because he was really outstanding)… was finishing up, I ask him about the idea of replacing the Boiler. He said that while it was very old, it was still pretty solid and that it could possibly run for years to come. Of course he said it wasn't very efficient, which I already new
