Jason was very professional. When he arrived he wore a mask without being asked and put on shoe covers to protect the carpets. He explained the costs before starting the work. He was very efficient and even cleaned the toilet when he had finished repairing it. We would use this company again if the need arose.

We contracted Dynamic Drains for resetting our new toilet. Our experience right from the time we contacted them to setup the appointment to completion of the projection was amazing. The tech showed up on time. He was professional, courteous and completed the work. Impressive work quality.
During his visit, we had another issue we wanted him to take a quick look. He looked at that issue, contacted his office to setup a time.

Completely understand how Dynamic Drains has received so many 5 star reviews. I’d give 10 stars if that were an option. From the scheduling (notifying me of a cancellation so the inspection could be done a day earlier), to the service which went above and beyond the scope of the issue, Brian and Dan explained the probable cause of the problem, what they planned to do to evaluate and fix it, and then spent time problem solving what steps to take next (!) since the problem they were called to rule out was not the reason rain water was entering the basement. It is rare to find this level of kindness

Caleb came to fix a leaking pipe and replaced our faucet. He was so professional and knowledgeable. He followed covid protocol and was very nice and helpful about what was happening with the plumbing issue right away. I would highly recommend both him and the company and plan to have them come back for an issue with exterior in the spring time.

Jay, Caleb, and Willis did a fantastic job digging out and installing new underground drains from our gutter downspouts: 20+ feet one way and 20+ feet another. They arrived at 8am and finished the job around 1pm. They took care with our sod, too, which was a bonus and we will surely appreciate this spring. Thanks for the great work!! And thanks for getting this done for us this year! Highly recommend Dynamic Drains!

Dependable, honest, skilled, certified, and experienced; add to that a pandemic that keeps people at home: predictable result: they have a full schedule of customers. it's worth the up to a month's wait (if the job can wait), at least in my experience. They've been to my house three times over a year for a number of plumbing jobs and are very thorough and in addition to employing some very kind people. Bathroom sink and tub were clogged and Brian from dynamic drains came out and snaked my sink and cleaned hair out of my bathtub drain. Brian was very professional and helped fix our problem quickly. He even cleaned up after himself. He made sure they worked very well before leaving. He also checked the slopes of the drains in our basement. Huge improvement in our drains thanks to Brian. This company replaced our Orangeburg home sewer. Though we were not having issues we'd been warned that our 65 y/o pipe was destined to fail, as had happened to our neighbor's years ago. Because ours hadn't failed, Dynamic Drains (and two other companies) said the could replace this without digging up our yard. This required them digging a hole at the sewer line beginning, at our house, and another to uncover the other end where it connects to the city's line, in the street. A "pipe bursting" technique is then employed - explanatory videos are online - and a new pipe

After moving into our fixer upper, my husband and I experienced a bit of a plumbing emergency. When draining water from our bath tub, it backed up into our toilet. When I went into our basement, our line to the sewage was leaking water. I was referred to Dynamic Drains by our realtor and gave Braiden a call. He came right out and after assessing the issues, gave me a quote. It turned out our problem was way worse than it first appeared to be. The previous owners had never cleaned the lines from our home to the sewers and tree roots about 3 ft in length were clogging the drains under our house
