My family was told there services would be completed first thing in the morning and no one have arrived yet. There's feces in the basement and the aroma is getting stronger in the house we're very upset about this service. We was told someone would arrive within the hour and no one has contacted or provided an update we will never use this service again.

I called these guys trying to find someone who could fix the gas leak I had in my crawl space. Jeremy came out and did an awesome job. I thought the price was really fair and they work in a timely manner. I’ll use them again when I have plumbing needs.

Wow. I'm blown away at the quality of work and great price from Fortified Plumbing! From the first phone call to Eric, to working with the assigned plumber, Brandon, the service experience with these guys was nothing short of exceptional. Brandon came out the very next morning and diagnosed everything. He talked me through different pricing options and we scheduled the repair work (replace old three knob shutoffs with universal knob/diverter/shutoffs in upstairs bath) for Monday morning. He showed up with all the parts, was professional (called me "sir" and my wife 'ma'am' the whole time!) and

Called Fortified Plumbing on a Monday, said they would be at my house the next day (Tuesday) from 3pm-5pm to fix a leak with my toilet. Never showed up during my given time slot. Called them and asked if they were going to show up. Then I get a call from a guy named Brandon telling me he would be out to my house basically around 8:30pm. I told him that I have little kids and can’t be making noise that late and need to reschedule for first thing in the morning. Never received a call from Brandon in the morning. Called Fortified again and got some random guy that was supposed to have Brandon call

I spoke with Eric to schedule a time and he dispatched Brandon out to my home. I had a leak in my water tank.
I called multiple other plumbers, some didn't accept credit cards, some couldn't see me until next week, and some were way over priced.
Brandon called me and gave me a heads up on his estimated time of arrival. Then he called me again to explain the delays due to the flash flooding in the area.
Then he gave me another call just to make sure I knew he was on his way.
He showed up, was professional, cool guy. And even better he was quick! Cleaned up afterwards, and during the install

We had Brandon come out to repair a pipe under our sink that was leaking. A couple days later he returned to install a pipe from our AC unit to the correct opening in our floor for the condensation. He was so polite, professional, and speedy without sacrificing quality. Brandon was very very honest and straightforward about what needed to be done. 10/10 would recommend if you need ANY plumbing work done.
