Jonathon was the lovely gentleman who came to clean our air vents! He was absolutely thorough, professional, and made sure that everything was nothing less than amazing!
He went out of his way to make sure that our air vents had extra holes to regulate the air better!

I called to get an appointment to have my carpets cleaned. They got me on the schedule right away!
The service technician called the morning of service to let me know he was on the way and he arrived on time when he was expected! Eric was very professional and polite. He arrived at my home to clean the carpets, did a walk-thru with me and got straight to work! He was fast and efficient. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again!

Hi .. My apartment got flooded due to washing machine malfunction.

I had a leak in my wall and is part of the restoration I had to replace the pad in my closet, clean the carpet there, and steam cleaning the tile area that had been wet. The Restoration company is signed Love Carpet Care to those tasks. Eric was my tech and did an amazing job. He communicated with me to give me an estimated time of arrival. He was fast and efficient. Jonathan was hired by my community to clean AC vents. Post cleaning there was some residue on carpet. Tough carpet cleaning was not part of his contract, Jonathan cleaned entire carpet and wooden flooring. He ensured house is clean. Very professional service and I would recommend him. Love to give a little love to Love Carpet Care! They were who my PM with Hyperbuilt assigned for carpet cleaning and padding installation after the repairwork was done. Angela definitely understood my frustrations with Hyperbuilt as the first time she called, the work wasn't done so I couldn't set up an appointment with her. I also needed someone who could accommodate my work schedule (IE come in the evening or on weekends) and Angela made that happen after venting a little about the whole repair process to her.

I used Love Carpet Cleaning for the second time this month. First time was to clean upholstery at my dad's, and I was so super impressed with them, that I booked them to clean carpet at my own home today. These guys are very professional and had great communication throughout the entire project. They were able to come to my house last minute, to remove all of the water damaged drywall and carpet. They really know what they are doing and can give you a lot of good advice to help you out. Not only that, but they are also courteous and understanding of your needs.

I hired them to clean a carpet in an apartment. The leasing office at the apt complex told me the carpet was in such bad shape they would have to trash it. (Quick aside: I did not live in the apartment, but I was responsible for the damage...) Love Carpet Care did such a good job cleaning the carpet it looked nearly new again. Truly outstanding.
And, most importantly, the price they quoted me beforehand

I have had them out to my house twice this year and have been satisfied both times.
They are always on time and sometimes even early, but never late!
They do the job quickly and efficiently. My gross super old carpet looks pretty dang good when they leave.
The tech was courteous and not creepy in the least.
