We needed some help cleaning after our garage and subarea after the recent rain brought a huge amount of water and mud directly through it. Felix came over and did a great job in about half of the time it would have taken me, making sure to remove any sitting water so that it would all dry faster. Having the right equipment and expertise was a big timer saver and now I'm not worried about tracking mud everywhere each time we go to our garage!

Punctual, professional, platinum-level work! The first ones to respond, the lowest bid, and well over and above what we expected. We thought the house looked great after the first 90 minutes, and that they were done. But Felix and his coworker stayed on the job for another 40 minutes to make sure they got every spot. We needed carpets cleaned for a three story town home in San Jose and Felix was quick to respond and even came to look at the carpets for a free quote! Our carpets had pretty deep set pet urine stains and he managed to get them out very well so that there are no noticeable areas of discoloration. We also had regular discoloration areas just from regular wear on the carpets and he was able to get rid of these problem areas as well. Felix was super nice and informative and definitely knows what he's doing. Pricing was fair, pretty much around the same ballpark as other businesses in the area
