Services
The removal of existing concrete to create a new concrete project is often necessary. Norsk Concrete Construction takes the utmost care in the removal and disposal of existing concrete. We pride ourselves on being one of the only concrete companies that will not place or drive any heavy machinery or vehicles on your property while creating your new structure.
This finish offers a beautiful, smooth finish for your concrete surface, but may be slippery when wet. This type of finish is not usually chosen for driveways. The Broom Finish is the most popular finish used on concrete driveways, sidewalks and steps. It is a slightly rough finish that is created by using brooms at exactly the right stage in the setting of the concrete.

Our driveway was installed in September 2020. We noticed significant chipping in February 2021 on the driveway and dark spots on part of the stoop. Norsk Concrete Construction is blaming the damage on their concrete provider and the concrete provider is blaming it on salt. We did not use salt on our driveway and barely left our house during the winter because of Covid. At this point, the concrete vendor is willing to replace some but not all of the chipped areas - this would result in the middle of our driveway being replaced; they are not addressing the spotting on the stoop. While the job itself was done in a timely fashion and we had no trouble with the crew, we were a bit disappointed with the lack of attention to detail. A red chalk line was used for the cut they made in our pole shed slab, which I found out later is nearly impossible to remove leaving some unfortunate unsightly discoloration (apparently this is well known in the concrete industry according to google and another color should be used to prevent this issue). There were also areas that were not well smoothed out in the trowel finish leaving some ridges. In addition to that, we also had trouble with
