We had service from AZ Air Tech through our home warranty company and it was great! The poor tech was up on the roof at the hottest part of the day checking seemingly everything that could be in need of repair. I haven't seen anything so thorough from a home warranty service call before and am still blown away. Additionally, he had the parts in his truck, no waiting. Our AC was back up and running within about an hour! There was a subsequent issue with the billing with the home warranty company, and Mindy was quick to get it resolved for us. The technician came out 3 times to service my AC unit which was randomly turning off and blowing hot air. Every time he said he ran a full check and everything was working fine. The problem continued unit full shut down. When I called them again they said I should call someone else and that they cant figure what to do. Terrible experience when its 108 degrees here in Phoenix daily. They will waste your time and money. I do not recommend them....

Would give zero stars if possible. Like other reviewers mentioned, this company is not interested in fixing any problems if it is a warranty call through a warranty company. Came out on three separate occasions for a heater that gets stuck in defrost mode. First time, did nothing, said it worked fine. Second time, replaced defrost sensor. Third time, said nothing wrong. After complaint to warranty company again, they sent another company out who found a burned and mis-wired control board, which they replaced. Apparently AZ Air Tech works in conjunction with the warranty company to deny claims

I love Mindy's prompt response. Whenever I contacted her, sometimes on weekends, she replied within the hour and immediately arranged to have our AC taken care of the next day. Your company did not spend enough time in my house to even properly diagnose the problem. I have security cameras time stamp ten total minutes from walking up to pulling away. Your man you sent was rude and acted like it was an inconvenience from the second I opened the door. Whole conversation is recorded by my security cameras. Furthermore another company came in and found a blockage NOT due to improper installation so it looks like this company LIES and makes assumptions about duct work they didn't even properly inspect then comments about it on yelp to try to save face because you don

Nothing but great things to say about this company. Had a terrible experience with the first company assigned to fix my AC by my home warranty company. I called and had it reassigned and ended up with these folks. On short notice they were out the following day. Problem was fixed in 20 minutes. Will gladly send my future business their way.

We were designated Xtreme Services through our home warranty company, First American Home Warranty, for a check-up on our noisy AC unit. Damon, the AC tech was competent and on time. After another 1 or 2 attempts to repair our 13 year old unit, his recommendation was to replace our worn-out faulty unit. Our home warranty company agreed and this was accomplished. It was a hassle-free process from beginning to end. I highly recommend Xtreme Services even if you have no home warranty in force. It might be a small company but they did their utmost to see that were were taken care of.
