I am so disappointed with the sofa set that I purchased here a few years ago. They have NOT held up well at all. I was promised that their furniture is grade A quality. This is so not true!! These people are hustlers with a racket going on. I paid for an upgrade to a better grade of foam for the sofa cushions and did not receive that. In fact, I was frauded by these jokers. I also paid extra to have the foundation of the 4 pieces built higher than the original display. I did not receive this upgrade either. Please shop somewhere else! We live in Ventura and enjoy supporting local businesses but this place does not appreciate there customers at all. My wife and father went in to buy a couch the other day and were approached with nothing but hostility. From them being yelled at to move there car from a handicap parking spot despite having a placard and then receiving little to no help when we were willing to spend thousands of dollars on a couch.
In this day and age when you can buy anything online they act like there the only show in town.. which there not! Step it up WDW!

Wow! I was referred to them by a friend who had just gotten a bedroom set and sofa delivered. I saw their virtual tour on their website and was inspired to go check it out in person with the awesome things I saw! Getting there, it was a cool vibe and that small business level of attentive service despite how super busy they were.

After my parents got the worst experience with Bob's Discount Furniture in Oxnard, My parents and I stopped WSW expecting nothing at all. To be honest I was hesitant on going here but, my mom kept pushing about going taking a look.

To my surprise, this place have a lot of selections! They are great qualities and affordable prices. The staff here are professional and friendly. Ryan helped us with our purchase couch and 2 end tables. They were able accommodate us with same day delivery since we were 10 min away from the store.

WDW kept showing up on my Facebook newsfeed. I was loving all the couches that they were showing so we decided to go check it out. The place was huge and offered a verity of furniture. We ended up finding an entertainment center along with a supper comfy sectional couch! The prices were amazing compared to other furniture stores in Ventura. The sales department was amazing and friendly and not pushy at all. Overall it was a great experience and we will be back for more!

My sister in law purchased a couch from Mark and recommended him. We purchased a couch and love seat for $2000. After a month we noticed the fabric on the seat cushions were shifting. The back cushions were beginning to look out of shape. After speaking to Mark he agreed to return them to the manufacturer and have them re-stuffed. This remedy did not work. All the cushions began looking out of shape with the material shifting again. It's apparent that we purchased an inferior product. I purchased a bedroom set years ago and recently a sectional. The store was remodeled and had so many popular styles like restoration hardware had but like half the price! Love my new sectional and my experience again. They are expanding to include the business next door and I can't wait to see the new stuff!

In 2012 we went to this place to order a sectional sofa for our beach house. The salesman, Mark, showed us a vinyl couch he said would be easy to clean and work great with wet bathing suites.
The vinyl cloth was really thin and looked cheap and when I mentioned that to him he said "Don't worry for $99 I can sell you Ultra Shield.It's an insurance policy for the couch. While I liked the selection of furniture, it was waaaaaaaaaaaay too warm in the showroom to want to take my time browsing. Granted, it's Ventura, and it isn't supposed to be all that warm.......but guess what, with the high pressure system around, it was darn hot, and to have the doors wide open, NO A/C going, and not even any fans, well, they lost me quickly.
