Maybe they were good before? Not now, unknowledgeable staff. Didn't understand Hot Tub basics let alone normal electrical questions. Told me 3 weeks delivery when they actually had no idea but knew it would be months at best. Go elsewhere. I built a new specifically sized cement pad for a tub that was never coming.

I had dreamed for a long time about purchasing a spa . Barry was very helpful and in no time I had this in my yard and within 24 hours was in the spa. Excellent service and affordable. Don’t know why I waited so long .

I've had a pool & spa service company in Santa Barbara,CA. (Everclear Pools) for 20+ years and nothing beats a Hot Springs Spa in longevity, resale, ease of accessing equip, durability, warranty and energy efficiency. They have always been my spa of preference for service as it's not uncommon to service the same spa for well over a decade. I had a Sovereign model for 14 worry free years and am looking forward to another Hot Springs soon now that we have the space again! A great investment!

Have owned for 2 years now. Purchased a cheaper model for a starter and it's been PERFECT. From sales to install, had great experience. I love how even two years later I can go in and get great advice for maint. And care tips.
