We called and made an appointment on a Wednesday to have our garage looked at and repaired. We made an appointment for Friday after 3pm, as the secretary told us this would be an okay time. We were not available Thursday when they called and asked us if they could come out. It was confirmed a second time that they would be here after 3pm Friday.
