My garage spring broke Wednesday night and Midway called me the next morning to fix it. 4 hours later I had a new spring. We also decided to get a new opener as well which I am very happy with. Midway has done great work for us in the past and they have always been very reasonable, dependable, and honest. It is nice to have a company around that you can count on when you need them, thank you.

Needed a lock bar assembly kit for a manual garage door. Called to make appointment for inspection on 11/6/2020. The service man Dave was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained that he would need to order the assembly kit and would call me within a week to set up an appointment for install. The price of service fee was reasonable and the price of the assembly kit matched online prices. 7 days go by and no phone call to set up install date. We call midway on the 13th ourselves and magically the price of the assembly kit goes up 10 dollars and the service call goes up 5 dollars. Not a big

Great experience getting a repairman to replace broken torsion springs on our garage door. Same day repair and the job was done in less than an hour. Couldn't have said enough good about the experience and the cost was fair. My recommendation is call them for any work you might need on your garage door, either install or repair. Many thanks!

Very friendly and accommodating people.
I am a truck driver and I do not have a set schedule as for when I'm going to be able to be home for the installation of my new door. Even after a couple of appointments were made and had to be cancelled on my end they NEVER hesitated to try and get me in ASAP.
Can't say enough things about these people. As for my new garage door I am TOTALLY satisfied.
