My garage door springs broke Friday evening and I called Saturday morning first thing. I told the repair guy that it would be awesome if he could come that day and he said no problem. He was there within an hour and half and replaced my springs and also fixed the track and sensors that was all out of whack. Definitely did a great job and highly recommend them.

Same day service (actually back up in running in about 3 hours from initial call). Would highly recommend. The torsion spring for our double garage door broke unexpectedly. Called at 9 AM on Monday morning and the door was fixed for a very fair price a few hours later. Quick and professional service. Highly recommend.

John came out on a Thursday to repair garage. Said he'd have to go get parts from somewhere on the following Monday and he'd be back a week Friday to repair. That was 3 1/2 weeks ago. Still haven't heard back yet. No call, no msg, no email, no text, no smoke signals, nothing. Waited ALL DAY, and nothing! Called another company, and they showed up the same day and repaired my door. They did a "GREAT" job! I even gave them a deposit for two new "GREAT" garage doors! Not a good way to run a company. I highly recommend Brand Garage Doors. I had two doors that needed replacing. I contacted multiple businesses in the area for estimates. Brand was $500 less than his competitor. He gave me a time that he would be at my house, not a "window of time". He had the doors I wanted in stock and ready to go. I was very impressed with John's workmanship and honest pricing.
