Very pleased with Aqua-safe from estimate to installation. Just had fence installed today and the guys showed up on time, marked out posts, showed me before drilling and the fence looks great! They cleaned up mess and showed me a quick overview on how fence works with panels and gate. Would highly recommend Aqua-Safe to keep a pool accident from happening. Good quality and the price is reasonable.

Company was very good in the beginning. But since do the work I have not been able to get in touch with them. I spoke with them one time regarding the hole in a pipe the made inground as they installed my fence. Yet with the damage that could be take place under my yard and home they schedule to come out and did not show up and refuse to answer the phone or respond to messages. MY NEXT ACTION WILL HAVE TO LEGAL ACTION AS THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS AFTER THEY RECEIVE PAYMENT.

Cover is not good in areas of monsoons. My cover worked well until water gathered on top. It ballooned into the pool and would not open. The top water had to be removed before the cover could open and shut again. Unfortunately because of its enlargement at that time, it now continually allows water from below the cover, on top, which stops the cover to open and sometimes shorts out the circuit breaker.
