Bespoke did a great job on our fence. We had 3 quotes, they were by far the least expensive. They could also complete the project in a super timely manner and did it within a day. Cleaned up as well. Would definitely recommend!

My husband is having emergency heart surgery and Bespoke did a great job ensuring that the fence was completed by his surgery. I love my fence because it compliments my current fence. Also it was very affordable too. Bespoke was having a special on fences and I was able to get a few hundred knocked off. The welder was on site to fix issues and Gloria did a great job making sure the fence was completed on time. I'm so grateful! Thank you Bespoke!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My mother has been waiting for a fence since April. I understand the short supply issue and she had no problem waiting for that. The supplies came in and now she is waiting for them to come install. Everytime they tell her they are coming they do not show up. They already dropped off the supplies in her yard so she is worried about someone taking them. They do not respond to her calls or texts in a timely matter. I am not sure if they are taking advantage of her because she is an older woman but I am very close to reporting them to the BBB. I would never

My review is based in the company's terrible customer service and not their fence installation. When we originally ordered our fence they were incredibly quick to get a deposit, but their lack of follow-up and communication was concerning. After hounding them we finally got it installed. It was blamed on a vinyl shortage, which is understandable but again, there was no communication, it was always me that had to look for updates. Bespoke installed a brand new custom horizontal cedar fence in my back yard. The devil is in the details they say & the details were amazing on this job. Old fence...gone in an hour. Precision new post placement lead to an amazingly straight & beautiful final product. Not cookie cutter prefabrication here. The rough cedar selection was great...not split posts or badly bowed wood. First of all I would like to start with the front desk. For any business, I believe that a first impression is based on your front desk. Their receptionist does not return calls and hardly answers the phone. Second, we made a deposit and was not once told their would be a long wait. We have them about 8 weeks till we decided to get out deposit back. They turned around to tell us shipment would come in 8-10 weeks. A heads up on the estimated time would've been greatly appreciated before we made any kind of commitment! Wasted my whole summer waiting for nothing!! Horrible

Should have gone with another company. The material they use is great but their workmanship is bad. Their line of communication is just about non existent. And the 20+ years of experience they state is a lie. They could not come up with a solution to a problem they created and left me with a fence that's is not private. Dan just wants your money and Jack needs customer service training. They can't seem to keep office employees or a head of installation. Those should have been my red flags as there were so many. But Dan and Jack will do a lost of sweet talking until install day comes and

Attention to detail needs much improvement. Customer service and communication almost non existent. I'd find a more established company. Offers a lot of excuses, terrible follow up. I referred 4 other people that went with Bespoke last summer and they all have the same shared opinion that Bespoke really suffers from follow-up and poor attention to detail.

The quality of work and value are great and they care about seeing to it that the final product is to satisfaction. The last project was a custom cedar fence that included a lot of detail on style and design... We really enjoyed how it turned out!

Bespoke fence company came out to my property installed a vinyl fence, I was satisfied with the quality of the work there are some things that didn't measure up they never called to say they were coming out to install the fence they just showed up unexpected they never came out to inspect the job and They didn't install a locking mechanism or handles they finally came out and put on the handles but no inside locks if you deal with them I would recommend you get everything that you want in writing

I wanted to love this company and from the estimate to contract period, everything was great. But when I repeatedly contacted them about when my installation date would be, crickets. It took weeks before I was able to get a hold of someone through Facebook. So stressful to think that your 1/3 deposit money could be in the Bahamas by now! The fence is great and the installers did a good job but hard to recommend a company that doesn't care about its customers . Of course, they were right on it when the time came to collect the balance owed.

Came out to quote the job 24 hrs after I contacted him. The price was moderate compared to other companies and Dan was able to provide examples of work similar to the desired look I had in mind. The team at Bespoke Fence came out to conduct the install a week and a half later. The project was complete in a matter of hours. The fence looks great.
Please just make sure on jobs all the chain is picked up in the alley during removal. No one wants their neighbors upset about punctured tires or injuries to little basketball players.
