Services
Arrange pre-design meetings with city / county staff to determine project acceptability and any design issues of particular concern. Provide the development plan package, which will include site plans, floor plans, exterior elevations, building sections, and roof plan. Provide Architectural Construction Documents based upon the client and city/county approved schematic plans and elevations.
John muller became a California licensed architect in 1982. He opened his office in June of 1995 with a former business partner who has since retired. Since the inception of the firm, John has been sought after for over a thousand projects for his ability to navigate clients through the daunting planning & permitting process, his expertise in architecture & construction, and his people-oriented approach to all aspects of the process.
