After several attempts to get my gas boiler properly repaired by another company, I called Bartol Heating and Cooling in New London, CT. The tech that came out quickly identified several major issues that had been missed by another company. One of those major issues was an uncapped release tube that was leaking carbon monoxide into my basement. After assessing the boiler I was given a quote within a few days. When the came out to do the repairs several other issues arose that were unforeseen and at no fault of theirs. Bartol stayed within their quote regardless of the additional time needed to
