Absolutely the worse customer service. I called to explain that I was over charged a delivery and could not get a sentence out without being cut off by a woman named "Cara". I could not even explain my reason for calling. She was completely unprofessional. I have learned through my experience that they will not honor their own service contract pricing. Save yourself the headache and find another company to use.

Run....as fast as you can to any other company. We inherited the Spicer propane tanks when we bought our house. It had turned cold and we didn't have time to do research on other companies. It's been just over a year and nothing but headaches with this company. Customer service does not exist. I can't even count the number of jaw dropping conversations I have had with them. I'm on automatic delivery and now down to 10% - so much for "automatic." I called to tell them and they sent a truck during a blizzard - knowing we have a 1/4 mile long driveway. We did

We have unfortunately had too many bad experiences with this company. We have given them the benefit of the doubt repeatedly, but customers beware. They have terrible customer service, add mysterious items to quotes/bills after the job is completed, are no shows for scheduled and promised deliveries, and have uneducated technicians. When we first moved into our new home they left us without any propane to use our stove for over 2 months.
