She has degrees in both Sociology and Interior design with national certifications from NARI and NCIDQ which provides her with a clear understanding of both design aesthetics and human nature. She has been specializing in residential new construction, remodels and design consultations for the last 20 years in both Southern California and Arizona.

I love Living Spaces. I have furnished two homes with their furniture. I recommend the insurance they offer; it replaces anything if there's an issue. But, do know it's only a one time replacement. My dining room bench was delivered damaged; literally, a huge sliver shaved off and sticking out where my daughters would be sitting. Customer service said it would use our warrenty up, even though it was delivered that way. That part I didn't care for! The staff is kind and helpful, the deliveries are timely, and if you pay to have them do the full service delivery, they will set up all

Living Space Designs totally redesigned our kitchen and guest bath, and did major upgrades to our master bath and laundry room. And because they are creative in their approach and excellent at design, they gave us the idea of repurposing our kitchen cabinets, which they replaced, so we could add the old kitchen cabinets to the garage. They also redesigned the layout of our great room and designed a new fireplace unit.

I’ve always believed that a contractor should say what they will do and do what they say. This is not the case with Living Space Designs. In their first email to us, they said, “We keep designing until you are 100% satisfied. We paid the design deposit, had three appointments and were close to finalizing the design. They sent us (via email) the latest design and cost estimate. We emailed them back a few questions and their response was, “We just are not equipped to handle any more work at this time and we will refund you, your deposit.” Really? Dropped us just like that! Scammers. Damaged my furniture upon delivery with no resolution. Waited 2 months for furniture only to find that it is not what was promised in store and non-refundable. Stuck with junk now. Customer service is not helpful at all, waste of life trying to deal with them. Poor quality furniture.

Living Space Design recently completed a remodel for our master bathroom, laundry room and storage room. Mia and Helen are a fabulous design team. They are energetic, ultra creative and have an impeccable sense of design and color. Moreover, they have wonderful personalities and were delightful persons with whom to work from the beginning to the end of our project. Our bathroom is gorgeous and exceeded our expectations. Living Space Designs did a beautiful job on our master bathroom. It is now so beautiful it's like being at a resort. They listened to our needs and designed a perfect space. The materials we picked are simply gorgeous. Their General Contractor, Jerod, made the process very easy and stress free. It was a pleasure having them in our home for the duration of the project.
