I cannot say enough good things about Richter homes, and specifically our builder Corey Richter.
Commitment to the Customer: Corey's commitment to customer experience stands out far beyond anyone else I've worked with. He always took the time to talk us through questions and concerns, put our needs above all else, stood by his work, and helped us with things that were far beyond the basic expectations of a builder. He treated us like a family member - long past the duties of a typical builder relationship.

Richter Homes was wonderful to work through throughout the entire process! They were extremely professional and helpful during the buying process of our house. Corey and Richter Homes were always very responsive to any issues or questions along the way and promptly helped us get them handled. Corey has gone above and beyond what a normal builder would for us to make our home buying experience the very best. I would buy again from Richter homes and would recommend them without hesitation!

We are first time home buyer, and i like to share the great experience i had buying house from Richter Home. I think i am getting the best out of the hard earned money i spent buying this house. The builder is awesome, he gives full attention to any questions/queries promptly. New house needs initial settling period, any cosmetic issues aroused, were taken care without delay or followups.
