Touray, Denzelle, and Randy arrived and thoroughly packed up my 2 bedroom townhome. They were energetic and very profrssional. Their part in the process is worth 5 stars however, I was told Is that the delivery would take 2 to 14 days to be delivered. The 14th day will be tomorrow and no communication or no ETA has been established. More to follow and subject to change.

I informed Derrick of the bunk bed that needed to be disassembled and reassembled the day before my move. He told me that was fine. On the day of the move, the guy told me that he would not disassemble the bed unless I paid an additional $150. When I called Derrick, he told me the bunk bed was not the typical bunk bed and wouldn't take less than $100 to take the bed apart. I paid for 3 hours and there were 4 guys. My apartment was only 851 Sq ft but they didn't get everything. My pillows on my couch are dirty and my leather recliner is broken. Although the guys were nice, I think they were a little

I was very disappointed with the broker. But Touray and Randy showed up on and changed my day! They were courteous, kind, responsible, friendly and honest. The broker had messed up the pick up date, among other things. But Touray arrived early and we were able to move on the previously scheduled date. They were on time on delivering our furniture. Everything got delivered on time and in perfect condition. They are fast and very careful handling our stuff. I highly recommend them and would hire them anytime. In a scale of 1 to 10, I give them a 20!!!. My only regret is that I should have called

Touray and Randy brought my stuff up from North Carolina. They were great and quick bringing all of my furniture to my apartment. Incredibly professional. Nothing was broken or missing. They were incredibly polite and enjoyable. They made this movevery painless for me.

Contacted first thing in the morning, called back within the hour, had a crew of 2 arrive at 1:00p the same day! Quickly surveyed what needed to be move, got to work moving, disassembling furniture, securing in truck. Professional, courteous, careful and reasonably priced, I will use again and definitely recommend!

Initially I had another mover scheduled who bailed on me at the last moment. It was a true blessing to have found these guys at the last minute. Touray Madison and Patrick Goldman were just amazing. They helped me clear out my apartment and move me into my new apt within a day. They were on time, communication was on point and throughout the move they were very professional. Being unwell and really desperately needing help, these guys did more than what I could have asked for.
