Do not expose to intense sunlight, for long exposure to this can cause the color of the wood to change. When cleaning with furniture polish, make sure that it does not contain wax. Wax polishes often produce a film build-up that will actually attract more dust, smoke, etc. Remove liquids from the wood surface at once by using a damp cloth and wiping in the direction of the grain.

Buyer beware of Designmaster Furniture, Inc. NOT MADE TO LAST ! We purchased 5 counter stools and 6 dining chairs 6 years ago and the seats are falling apart. We understand that 6 years isn’t last week and if we paid something like $200 per stool, then no big deal. Life goes on. These chairs and stools however were north of $450 each so you expect they would last a little longer. All the seat covering is peeling off and now we have to reupholster or replace. These chairs and stools were not heavily used. Manufacturer tries to imply that it could’ve been excessive sunlight or a cleaning chemical

They are liars and do not stand behind their product, ripping off the consumer.
I was recommended this company for kitchen table chairs by a furniture store in Malvern,PA. Within a week of getting them the paint started chipping. The furniture store sent their repair person out and he hjad to mix colors together to get it to match. It was ok but you can see it is not the same color. I have called, emailed Design master to get touch up paint and they refused saying there is a law in NC that says you cannot sent paint. This is a lie. You can actually send a whole can of paint in the mail. I have
