Hickory Park has been amazing especially our representative Cheryl Dockery. We are furnishing an entire house and the efficiency of finding what we are looking for and receiving prices promptly to the ease of ordering and the continued support through follow up questions and status updates we would not want to work with anyone other than Cheryl. My wife and I went to the Hickory Furniture Mart to find some living room / great room furniture. We found Hickory Park Furniture and Jeannie Hawkins who did a wonderful job of helping us find the right Palliser leather sofa and ottoman for our new house. It will be a few months before they deliver (sooner than most other manufacturers) but it will be a few months before our house is ready. Jeannie sent us a really nice thank you note and gave us her phone number for questions (we have already called her once!). Great experience at HPF.

I had a wonderful experience ordering from Hickory Park Furniture. I admit, I was a little leary at first but I had absolutely no problems whatsoever. I worked with Anne and Leslie in the Kincaid Gallery. I saved a considerable amount of money ordering direct instead of buying at local furniture store. The process was flawless from start to finish. Wonderful customer service. Sherry checked on us plenty and also gave us our space as we browsed couches. She answered questions we had, got the information we needed, & was not pushy. So helpful. Even after our visit, I called with additional questions and she emailed me with photos of samples I requested. Wonderful experience.

BJ and the team at Hickory Park are the best. My wife and I were in search of something unique and they were more than willing and able to help us find just what we were looking for. I live in Virginia and the stores near me are either overpriced for the exact same items or don't have anything worth purchasing. I've bought several items from Hickory Park and will definitely be back for more ‼ (Green Sofa and chairs are from Hickory Park)

After spending an entire day at High Point, we decided to go to Hickory Park and found the same dining set we fell in love with for less money. BJ at Canadel was super knowledgeable and professional. She answered all our questions so we would know what to expect and even helped us to get our dining set faster than first anticipated.We would shop here again. What can I say about Hickory Park Furniture? Please look at the results below, we have renovated 9 units during the last two years by the hand of Elizabeth Burns and Robin Birchfield (What a team) they have recommended nothing but the best at the best prices, from designing to delivery they have exceed our expectations and we are sure they'll get more than few phone calls from Grand Cayman in the nearly future!!!!
