Marietta Fence

A car damaged my commercial cantilevered access gate in summer of 2021. The gate was inoperable. I called 10 different companies throughout metro Atlanta for bids. Most companies didn't want to take on a repair job. 3 companies only work on products they installed. Marietta Fence came out and gave me 3 options to correct the problem. A new gate cost $5000, Marietta fixed my gate for $700. And within 2 weeks of my original call to them. The gate works fine now. Horrible customer service lady on The phone needs an attitude adjustment

Absolutely worst service ever. They installed two gates for me in the last year. One installation nicked the electrical line to my fountain and I had to have it replaced. The other gate will not open because it settled and I have called multiple times To have it repaired. First time they said it would be a month before they could get to it. Never heard from them. Other times I called, no one called me back. Meanwhile gate is still not working. Do not use these guys!!!!

I have called them at least 3 times and have filled out their online forms and they never call me back. I recommend Bravo fencing instead 👏

I never write bad reviews, bad karma, but could not let someone else go through such an awful experience with this company. Unresponsive, overpriced, unprofessional, and a slimy salesman. Hired them to change key pad on our HOA pool gate to punch code pad… never showed up after I called again and again.. always a stupid excuse… finally showed up and told no one so of course no one could get in since no one knew the code … this was in the middle of the summer ! Had an 11:30 AM appointment to evaluate and quote on repair or replacement of existing backyard wood fence. At 11:15 AM I received a call from Tonya (Martin) Ragsdale and she could not hear me on her phone; I made 10+ attempts to reach her. Finally did and was told she couldn't start her car and would not have been here at 11:30 in any event. No way am I doing business with this company.
As you peruse these reviews, you will discover that I am but the most recent victim of a long pattern of incompetence and non professionalism.
Caveat emptor...

Agree this company is worthless. Had them quote a fence and Dave kept saying he would send over the estimate but never would. I gave them 2 different email addresses + called and texted multiple times. If they didn't want to do the job, just communicate that and I would understand. Don't waste your time with Dave or Marietta fence.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality
This might be the least professional company I have ever dealt with. I let them get me twice. The first time I have a deposit and they didn’t order the material and the timing got pushed way too far. The most recent was for a large commercial project and they can’t show up on time. Absolutely terrible.

Marietta Fence originally installed my fence (about 13 years ago). I needed some repairs so I called back. They missed my first appointment and showed up late for the second appointment. They spent a half hour of my time going through what needed to be done. They promised an estimate, it never came. I followed up 3 times and kept being promised it was coming. I would NOT waste my time with this company. I was told the company was sold and the new owners clearly know nothing about customer satisfaction.

Worst fence company ever!!!! Very shotty work. When we contacted them to give them a chance to come back and make it right, they sent the same kid who did the horrible work to begin when. And this is after we politely explained that they need to send another installer. So they could see his workmanship. Thought they may want to know?!? Nope...today the kid comes back. Saws off the top of the post, grabs the leftover fencing and bolts. Do NOT hire these guys!!!

Don't waste your time trying to spend your hard earned cash with this company.
I reached out to Marietta Fence for replacement of about 65 feet of fencing (hurricane Zeta damage). I reached out to them specifically because I have used them for various commercial projects in the past.
Their sales guy David Gerger came out within a couple of days, looked at my needs and provided me with a quote a few days later. The staff was wonderful. We loved the fence that was put up. The people in the office were very helpful and were able to get us answers we needed. I spoke a few times with Stephanie and lilia who made sure we received what we needed. I would honestly have to say regardless of the reviews give them a try you will not regret it we loved every bit of fence that was put up!

I contacted Marietta Fence Company for a quote on fencing for my condominium community as I serve on the Board of Directors. It was almost 4 weeks out for an appointment with Tonya Martin. The day of the appointment Tonya called to say she was running late and needed to grab lunch. She was 2 hours late for her 1:30 appointment. I contacted Marietta fence mid April to make an appointment to have someone come out and give me an estimated to remove and add some fence to my existing fence. I appreciate the fact they said they are busy but will put me on schedule for early may. I told my self they must be doing something right if they are that busy so I will wait. My Dad used Marietta Fence Company many years ago,1970's, to install a wooden round rail fence around our house. I own the house now and decided to replace the fence as it was getting tired after 40 years. Rachael and her dad came out and reviewed the property and I decided to purchase a white vinyl ranch rail fence from them. I could not be happier! Every aspect of the installation was professional and the finished result on my corner lot is beautiful! This fence makes the place look 100% better! Thank You Marietta Fence Company.

Should have known what we were in for when we had to call repeatedly just to get on the schedule after being told they would call us. The installers are subs and not reliable. Lied to us (said they were coming back the next day to finish and then ended up going out of state to buy a truck) and took multiple trips over more than a week after what should have been a two day job. They are great at apologizing but doesn't result in any different experience. Gave them a chance to adjust the estimate for all our hassle and repeated follow ups, but they did not. Good news is the fence was good

If I could give 0 stars I would. This "company" has a scam going. They'll set an appointment and then send people out that "work" for them but are doing side work. If you call and Sadie Koenigsberg answers, ask to talk to the owner or, better yet, call First Fence of Georgia. After a month of dealing with a botched hack job, I ended up with First Fence and got exactly what I needed at a reasonable price and time frame.

The estimator's vehicle had fluid pouring out the bottom (not water) and stained my brand new concrete driveway. They said they would power wash it but never came back after repeated calls. Your fired!

Called for a quote, they came out, seemed like a very professional company, very friendly. Steve was the salesman who came out to give the quote, also did a quote on my neighbors was advised they are a little backed up even on getting quotes out. Seemed a bit strange as I have had other companys who could give a quote before leaving. Nontheless, I called into the office a week later as I still had not had an update, was not told he wasnt in the office, just transferred to his vm. Front desk is very rude. LOVE LOVE these guys. I have a very difficult yard to fence ( lake & trees) . The fence is perfectly straight and level. The gates are exactly where I wanted them and open with no obstructions. Everyone was super nice and professional . I would highly recommend using them ... FYI we got a metal ornamental fence .

Words can not describe the lack of professionalism when ealing with this company. Long story short, after signing a contract and agreeing on a start date, they never showed. To top off the whole situation, there has been no follow up, nor response to my email terminating the contract. Stay away from this place, especially Tim McIntyre, who was the sales person I dealt with.

Be aware that this business charges $40 to give an estimate if you have an insurance claim. This is a shame because they were recommended by a friend who had used them before. You ONLY get the fee back if you use them. Hmmm, maybe Marietta Fence Company is not competitive.
