Fox Fence Company was founded in 1990. We are a family owned and operated, full service fence contractor serving the metro Atlanta area. The name Fox comes from the owner and founder, Tom Volpe's Italian last name that translates to Fox. We design, fabricate, install, replace, and repair fences and sell materials for do-it-yourselfers.
Residential fences can serve a variety of purposes. Children and dogs are by far the single greatest reason that families have a fence built by Fox Fence Company. But there's so much more to consider when installing a fence than just keeping your kids safe or containing your dog. That's where our nearly 25 years of experience in the fence business pays off for our customers.
We utilize only the highest quality materials in our fencing projects. There is nothing like the warmth and beauty of a natural wood fence. Wood fencing materials we offer include: Pressure Treated Pine, Yellow Pine and Western Red Cedar. For best results we highly recommend that you paint, stain or apply water proofing to your new fence.
Privacy fences are generally solid fences built at eye level or taller to create a secluded area by providing a visual block from an unsightly view or direct views into your yard from neighboring homes. A solid fence can also block noise from traffic. They can also be built in a semi private design with spaces between the pickets to allow air flow while maintaining limited visibility.
Picket fences are generally shorter fences that use narrow pickets with spaces that allow visibility through and over the top of the fence. This is the fence commonly referred to as the "white picket fence" and often installed in front yards. There are many options to dress up a standard picket fence including larger and decorative cut posts, arches or saddle cuts, decorative cuts on the pickets and alternating board sizes.

Poor responsiveness to provide a callback for an estimate took nearly a week and a callbacks. Upon a 2-minute conversation Fox says they can't help us because you need gate for your driveway to compliment fencing in the backyard and our supplier (apparently the only one we can work with) is experiencing delays therefore I don't think we can help you. Mind you we have not decided on type of gate, wood, aluminum, standard or custom. Have you ever gotten the feeling through a series of initial questions where someone just doesn't want to do business with you; well this was that time

Like most businesses, they are great when everything is going as planned. That's easy. What matters is how problems are resolved. Do not expect a customer-first attitude. If you're ok with that, use them. Personally, I never will again. I think they have simply become too big. Find a local company instead.

Very pleased with its overall service. Only one minor issue is that it took them 2 days to give me the estimated cost of the fence installation. It is common to many other construction and handymen services. The cost is reasonable. I would recommend you to consider this service.

Called for an estimate. Left message with person answering phones. Waited a week and no response. Called and left another message. Finally, two days later we got a call back from a salesperson. He sets up an estimate for Friday 9/18/20. But that was it. "Friday." We said we needed a bit more specific time as we had afternoon plans. Reply was "between 8am - 1pm." We wait for five hours. No show. It's now 5:22pm and we haven't even received a phone call. Terrible customer service, not professional and just plain disrespectful of us and our time. So glad we discovered

Fence needed repair but the guy who “repaired” caused more issues. When I pointed these problems out to him, he said they were fine. I can barely open my gate. Placed a call five weeks ago to have someone come… out again. No response. Called again today. Owner will only send the same guy out and not someone else. I need someone to repair his repair, not someone who caused more repairs needed.

Today, we drove for over an hour to the home we are buying, and no one showed up, even after we received multiple calls to verify the appointment. NO ONE SHOWED UP! We have since tried to call them at least 10 times with no answer nor call back! We will be telling EVERYONE how awful this experience was, and to not use this company going forward, and we know A LOT of people of influence. Just a terrible way of doing business.

I contacted 9 (nine!) companies for estimates and only 4 called me back. One was located too far away, one never followed-up on a scheduled appointment, and two actually came out for estimates. Had I gone by some of the negative reviews on this site, I may not have used Fox Fence Co.; however, they came at the recommendation of another fencing company so I called. The team at FFC has been communicative, efficient, and professional. I chose them because their price was in my budget, but am really impressed with the job they did. Fox Fence Company (FFC) installed a fence for us many years ago and did a fine job. We've made two calls to FFC recently to get an estimate on fixing one of the gates (apparently the fence has settled and the latches no longer line up). Both times, they said someone would give us a call back to set up a time for coming out and giving us an estimate. The first call was about a month ago and we never received a call back. The second call was three days ago, and we still haven't received a call back. I guess we'll be looking for a new fence company.

If i could give 0 stars i would! I got a call for a quote and returned the phone call to find out the person in charge of that is only available from 8am -10am! Strike one i'm in the medical field and can't just walk away from my patient to contact someone between 8-10! When i finally got in touch with the person, we scheduled a time and date to… come up with the estimate. I got a phone call back here's the real problem we couldn't find a time and date that works so i said " I will speak with my husband to see what we want to do and get back to you since we're having problems getting together

My new fence was completed this morning and I could not stop smiling. This is the second time I've used Fox Fence and they will be first on my list for any future jobs. The installer showed up on time on the promised day and was a pleasure to have around. The job was done quickly and beautifully. They also have very good prices. They called after the installation to make sure I was happy and to remind me that I have a year warranty if anything goes wrong. It's feels so good to have such a good experience with a company.

This company tore down my fence that had been up around 30 years that has legal rights. As soon as they saw a legal discrepancy between the fencing and surveys, and they felt the need to tear down fencing of their client's neighbor, they should have not agreed to the work until the dispute was resolved. They also violated my "No Trespassing" signs-… all 9 of them- to put up a fence that violated my driveway right of way. My neighbor and I are involved in a legal dispute over this land and the city said there was a stop work order on this fence on 10-20-16, but they didn't obey the stop work

Opinions count, so does good quality work, communication, price and company ethic. I had several estimates for my privacy fence and went with Fox Fence for a few reasons.

* They were honest on the timeline (2.5 weeks) for installation
* They informed me of some key elements with fence construction that I did not get from other companies.
* They emailed the estimate next business day and addressed my questions right away.

Update on Fox Fence co. TERRIBLE! !! They came out believe it or not. Verified there's a problem. I was really hoping that I could post something good about them but after a month again no word on making the fence right. Sounds like in the reviews summit fence company is the way to go. I wish I would have known that or done it myself.!! I would do no stars if it would allow me too!

I am over Fox Fence! I needed a quote to fix and reinstall some metal fence panels around our neighborhood pool. I called almost 3 months ago asking for a quote. It took me calling back weekly and then daily before I could get one of their sales reps to come out and quote the job... that was over 3 weeks ago. I did get one follow up call last week to tell me they were still working on a price.
Over it. Run very unprofessionally. Will spend my money where it is needed.
