My wife and I had an issue with our shower faucet handle (it had been overtorqued and so while we could shut the water off, you had to sort of feel the spot where it shut off). It's a newer house to us and so we figured we'd have it professionally fixed instead of trying to do it ourselves and making matters worse.
The technician arrived and within a few minutes recommended we replace the cartridge. Not knowing how to get the shower handle off myself, or what type of cartridge to replace it with, we agreed despite the quoted amount which seemed awfully high (~$450). He had the part and

I had leaks in main water line. They showed up and looked and the fixed it. They could have easily did a different repair but he tightened one area and was able to fix the leak and didn’t charge me!!!! I absolutely couldn’t believe it. Honest professional outstanding customer service. I would refer and use this business! They found a customer in me

2hr window they 1/2hr late. technition wanted me to pay to cut my wall open when the entire pipe is visabable leading straight through the floor under the house.
I thought this guy is not intellegent. He refused the job due to 2 poisonous spiders in WA and no lighting under my home for him to see. I've had 3 other plumbers do repair work in years past under my flooring all of which used headlamps and did not have conscern with bugs.
Will not be using this company.
Definately poor communication skills and over the top with excuses as to refusing the job.

This is the 2nd time we've hired this team to help us with a plumbing challenge. The first time we called them, they came out after a "handyman" made a leaky pipe worse. Yesterday, the guys installed a new faucet for us. We feel like we paid a fair price for high quality service. They didn't charge us mileage to come to our house, even though we live in BFE. They were in & out quickly. They wore masks when they came to our home. They were respectful in every way. This team is our new go-to team for anything plumbing-related now and in the future. Highly recommended!

2 Guys Plumbing were engaged to re-plumb our master bath for a complete remodel. They were professional and available as scheduled. All work was performed in a craftsman-like manner. They were very respectful of our home being careful and thorough with demo and cleanup. I enjoyed their engaging personalities. We had four bidders on this project. Very pleased with the work performed.
First, I had a plumbing emergency (shower handle broke and we couldn't turn off the shower without turning off the whole house). They squeezed me in to their busy schedule and made it out to rescue us.
We hired them to come back to relocate our whole house water filter system. They listened to what we were trying to accomplish, and did exactly what we wanted.
I will definitely seek their services for any future plumbing needs!
