First time in the store but definitely will not be my last! I purchased a beautiful leather sectional at a good price. Once i got it home, i realized the corner piece was too big to fit through the doorway of my older home. I called the next morning and without hesitation the customer service manager, Matt, offered to drive 25 minutes to my house and help us get it in. Although he was surprised that he couldn't get it through the doorway, he didn't give up. He began by taking the door off of the hinges and by the time we realized that wasn't going to work either my boyfriend

Have shopped here several times and have had a pleasant experience every time. The prices are lower than any other place I have been to, and the material is also much better than any other store in Knoxville. This place also price matches. Everyone here is so nice and the saleswomen are not overly pushy unlike other furniture stores. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
