The owner is an absolute snob... The way this lady treated my mom was absurd. She basically told my mom she was not good enough and couldn't afford her store. (That was her reason for not letter her take things on approval)Who says that! This place is way over priced to begin with but even if I wanted to spend my hard earned money on some nice furniture it would definitely not be at gift and gourmet where the people are ridiculously rude!!!!!

I am flying to knoxville the day after Christmas. The first thing I will do is hug my relatives and then take a trip to Guift and Gourmet. (Sometimes I go right from the airport.)
My favorite is the Jan Barboglio collection of which I have many pieces. The fabrics are beautiful.I had drapes made and a chair covered they are just beautiful. As for bedding the Bella Note series is my favorite. The staff is great and takes very good care of you.This always the highlite of my trip to Knoxville.
