During our discussion, the tech advised us that usually late December through January, the manufacturers offer their best yearly discounts. Following his advice, we had our units replaced at a SIGNIFICANT discount to earlier in the year. Six months ago, Arizona Perfect Comfort installed two new Trane ac units at my home. They came today like they will every 6 months to make sure they are running great. I have to say from the very beginning, everyone from this company has been amazing. Very professional, always on time, and happy to answer any questions you my have. I highly recommend this company for anything that has to do with air conditioning. They are by far the best.

My a/c had finally died after 29 years. I decided to get 3 bids and went online and sent interest requests . I heard from 2 and added a quote from Costco. AZ Perfect Comfort was the first to come out. They were the best in their initial inspection and presentation of the proposal. They also had the best price and were the earliest for installation and availability! I had been without a/c for 10 days at that point so this was important! Within 30 minutes my house had cooled 10 degrees! And so much quieter! And Fred and Justin were amazing! Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

My A/C went out last night after business hours, called the office and left message figuring I would have to call back in the morning when office was open - 10 minutes after leaving message, I received a call back from AZ PerfectComfort from a very friendly and helpful dispatcher (sorry, I didn't catch her name) & she got me scheduled for 1st thing in the morning. Wow! Truly a blessing. I called them today after a horrifying experience with a scam artist HVAC company this morning. I had been without air for 1.5 days. The woman I spoke to initially was so nice and checked how far one of their technicians was from my address. I could not believe when she said he could make his way over TODAY. James showed up within 3 hours and could not have been more helpful. He was on my roof in the sweltering sun for a long time running tests and making sure everything was ok. Thanksgiving night I couldn't get the air to shut off! It was so cold in the house. I couldn't wait to go to work the next day to warm up. The operations manager came out on Black Friday (because he gave all his employees the day off) to fix the problem. He even had to run to Home Depot on one off the busiest days of the year to get a wire. Bless him!! I've had heat all weekend. We plan to add a second story next year. We moved into our new house and replaced the 19-year-old A/C system with a new, high efficiency one. Fred was fantastic about outlining our options, even explaining why we didn't need the most expensive systems. The installation was on time and professional, and the installers took the time to help us program the new thermostat. Not only that, but the installers of the original system had left a huge mess in the attic, which AZ Perfect Comfort cleaned up free of charge

This company saved the day for me about this time of year last year. They did a good job and made sure my part was covered by warranty because I had a five year warranty on my AC and they got my AC working again ASAP. So anyways, the last few days I have been having issues with my AC unit and I wanted to do business with them again but I forgot their name so I called my State Farm agent who referred me to them last summer. So they give me the number and I give AZ Perfect Comfort a call and they find me in their system but the lady that answered the phone didn't seem to eager to earn my business

First, let me start off by saying I am shocked by the number of positive reviews for this place. Dealing with this company has been a horrendous process since day one. Stacy, the admin person, is extremely rude and greatly lacks professionalism. I had to deal with her trying to aggressively sell me a new unit multiple times before she finally got the clue to stop pressuring me. My unit is 5 years old, yet she told me it was subpar and old and I should just replace it. She didn't even know how old it was when she was telling me it's old. First let me start with the customer service...top notch the entire time! From setting the appointment to confirming the appointment to the arrival of the technician, their process is extremely professional. I was in the process of selling my condo and the buyers realtor wanted me to add a $750 allowance for an issue the inspector flagged. I called AZ Perfect Comfort and the repair was an easy fix that saved me over $600. Honesty and integrity are the name of the game with this company.

My technician mike from az perfect comfort came out promptly and fixed my air conditioning problem, even with the temperature at 106 degrees. He worked hard and restored my system up and running. I've now had two 5-star experiences with AZ Perfect Comfort! Last month we had a crisis at work and they came to our rescue within a few hours - went above and beyond both in work performed and explaining about our systems. We had two units that were getting old, and were "builder grade" to begin with. Robin and Fred came out, inspected the units and gave us a more than reasonable estimate on replacing both systems.
Their crew was out here the following week, and did a fantastic job. They stayed here for 13 hours the first day, to insure that we had one of the units up and running. (very tight attic for them to work in).
They returned early the next day, finished up, and cleaned up everywhere. They even vacuumed the stairs, even though they had covered it with plastic. I will definitely continue to use

Great service, Julio is a great tech! This summer our AC has been struggling to keep up and can't maintain temps after 9am. Our power bill is higher than last year and we called in different company at the behest of our landlord. I'll call them Company A. Company A basically said the unit "runs great," the temp split is ok and all is as expected. They claimed nothing was wrong; no explanation for our issues other than "APS increased their rates," as if we don't know how to compare usage and performance one summer from the next. Temperature Pro came out to my home with 24 hours. My fiance and I just bought our first home together, after a few nights sleep we noticed the master bedroom did not get the airflow the rest of the house was getting. It turns out there was a piece blocking our vent to the master. We received photos of the blockage and saw the piece once it was removed.

Our air conditioner was making horrible noises, and it turns out the condensor fan motor bearings were shot. Their team came out promptly and fixed it for a very reasonable cost.
Robin and John were really gracious and handled our calls personally. Terry was the service manager- neat and clean, which i really appreciate.

I have known the proprietors of TemperaturePro for fifteen years, and there is nobody I would trust with my heating/airconditioning needs other than TemperaturePro North & West Valley. They are currently servicing the system on my rental property in South Phoenix, and I am completely satisfied with their service.
