This furniture store has beautiful items. The prices are great for the quality. They even have cash pay, finance options, and layaway for those who are not sure of purchasing options. I purchased a mattress set from this store and I have only had my mattress for 5 months ago and i just recently went inside the location to speak with someone about the purchase and what could be done first off the owner of the company was inside the location he did not acknowledge me or try to solve the situation himself at all the lady i spoke with talked to him and then talked too me and the only thing he told me he could do was charge me 150 for a mattress not the mattress set when I initially paid 200 for the entire set he wanted time to buy The same mattress that I have now for 150 and risk

Basically, if you go to this company prepare for something to come damaged and/or unbuildable. Also prepare for them to make you feel like you should still pay for something damaged and not in the condition they present it in inside the store.
Communication is terrible, if you don’t call them believe they won’t call you. They come to work and that’s it.
I just feel that as early as I reported the issues they should have been fixed just as fast, those stresses definitely could have been lessened IF there was a follow up.

Wish I could give 0 stars .. Do Not go to this furniture store period . I did their full house deal back in Late November 2020. Explained to them that my Move in date was January 2nd and asked could they hold my furniture which they agreed to. I PAID EVERYTHING OFF IN CASH. January comes and my furniture is Delivered on the correct day. I started unpacking my furniture and noticed 2 things were wrong. I received the wrong dining table and BED FRAME. They sent a King size bed frame with a Queen size mattress 😐 so They let me keep the bed Frame and told me to come exchange the mattress. Next,
