We operate two Memphis area showrooms - our original location in Midtown, and our other location conveniently located in Cordova.

Recessed lighting makes rooms look and feel bigger by taking up less visible space compared to lighting options that either hang from the ceiling or stand upright from the floor or on tables. The best recessed lighting are ones that cause little or no attention to themselves. Properly spaced recess lights can cast a wash of light onto the walls using directional reflectors in the light cans, thus making your room look bigger.

Worst customer service. We bought an order worth of thousands of dollars and multiple times.
When we attempted to return3 items which are very minor, they refused and claimed they have a policy not to take back!!!
Very very bad customer service and a policy hat should have been made known to us but never at any point we were told.
The worst place to go to.

Extreme mediocrity is the game here. The reason they run sales is to bring the prices to a somewhat realistic price. Bought a fan a la carte, blades, light kit and globes all a la carte. Paid in advance and globes, from the showroom floor, had been discontinued and no longer available. I had to talk to three people and make 2 trips to the store for a refund for a product I never received. Their reason... it was a special order item
Also purchased a pendant light for dining room table during the sale. Was told it would be ready for pick up in about a week. Get the call a week later, went by

I was impressed with the large and varied selection in lighting. This was my first time shopping at Graham's lighting and I will return! Not only did I appreciate the wide selection I was pleasantly surprised to find they carried affordable choices as well as high end. I found selections from traditional to modern and everything in between.

I've reviewed the Cooper location -- both are nice stores.
If you're looking for quality lighting fixtures, really, this is the place to go.
They have an incredible selection of brass, bronze, wrought iron, carved wood, and more.
Also, their chandeliers are stunning and imported from Italy. They also carry those cool outdoor lanterns that look like they contain a burning candle.
