Marvin was most responsive in setting up my appointment for moving my mother's baby grand piano she owned for 51 years in Santa Ana to my home in Mission Viejo. Two respectful and professional young men arrived on time and handling the piano with the expertise of an orchestra laid the piano on a dolly, blanketed every component, and moved it out through the garage door to their truck. The piano was brought to my house and set up perfectly where I had requested. He was even able to place new screws in the pedal frame -due to the age of the piano the screws no longer held well. Not professional at all. They put scratches on my piano. They do everything in a rush. Not taking care of it at all. They don't life the piano up, instead, dragging it. Not covering the piano well, the chain makes makes on my piano. Keeps bumping to places which makes other marks too

I am not someone who jumps to write a bad review every time I receive bad customer service, so take my word when I say do NOT use this company. On Thursday, I filled out their questionnaire online and received an email from Marvin with just a price (no other additional information.) I replied to ask how to schedule, and if we could schedule on weekends. He instructed me to call to schedule. I called right away and spoke with Marvin and confirmed that he could handle a piano delivery

Finally moved my little piano from my parent's house to mine so we called Pro Piano Movers. Once again, Yelp has come through for us! Pro Piano Movers were punctual, so very efficient and they made the move look so effortless!! My little piano was delivered in perfect condition!
The two movers we very friendly! They came right in, assessed the condition of my piano, and noted any marks that already existed - which I totally appreciated. My piano was delivered in the same exact shape as when they picked it up

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Worst piano movers we have attempted to used. We scheduled them to move a piano but they would only take cash. They gave us a window of when they would pick it up and we were meeting them there because they take only cash. They beat us to the location and then because they needed to wait five mins they told us they wouldn't wait and wouldn't be moving the piano. Extremely rude and hung up on us. They were also extremely rude to the people who we were picking up the piano from. If you are being paid to do a job have some hospitality and treat your customers

Micah, the owner, was quick to respond with an estimated quote, a few questions to make it more accurate, and discuss my concerns. Less than a week later, I had two men show up at my door with a big van and the vintage piano. They walked the route, then moved the piano in even with a small hallways with an ease that left me in awe.

This is the 7th time I have used this company. They have always been punctual, courteous, caring and careful. The two men that came today were no exception. They followed my instructions for parking, we have limited street parking, and they were smiling and pleasant the whole time. They were in and out with my baby grand piano in about 20 minutes. I highly recommend them for your move. I live in the San Fernando Valley moving the piano to Santa Clarita.

This company did a fantastic job moving the piano. The guys were careful, quick and professional. Unfortunately, when it came to calling into the office, the gentleman, I believe he was the owner, I spoke with rude, talked over me, unhelpful, brash and completely disrespectful then hung up on me. I will NEVER use this company again. What a shame he ruined future business for this repeat customer.

Easy to schedule, reasonably priced, on time, and friendly movers. I searched high and low to get a piano moved from Orange County to the Central Coast. Yelp helped me find Pro Piano Movers. I received a detailed quote quickly, and was able to set up the pick up and delivery the same week. Highly recommend!!
