Services
Mark boxes well so they are easily identified as to what room they belong in the new place. Mark fragile boxes clearly. Also, make sure that fragile boxes are full of packing paper or other cushioning to give the box support. Clearly mark or set aside items that are not to be moved, or may be delivered to a location other than your new home.

We have used Costa Mesa moving for our last three moves - including a cross country move (literally from one coast to another). We have always had an excellent experience. The teams are always thoughtful, careful and meticulous and very customer focused. They are also always on time and well prepared. We've never had anything break or get damaged including very delicate crystals and large rocks and stones. Can't say enough good things about them. Great working with owners and with moving team.

It's been a long time since an employee of a company completely offended me. There are so many great moving companies in Los Angeles/Orange County, try a another one. I've moved many times and I can give you several recommendations for movers that are respectful. Be careful on Yelp reviews for movers, filter your reviews to make sure they are written by elites. Many are offered incentives for reviews. Not to say costa mesa movers are bad

I'm late in writing this review, as we moved 3 months ago, but I guess when you go thru a move and the least of your concerns is the moving company, that is a good sign! I felt in very good hands the entire time. Not only were they fast, but they were very knowledgeable about our various antique pieces and how they should be handled. And they were always one step ahead of me. I never had to direct them or anything. They were on time, very communicative, helpful and kind.
My 84-year old mom lives with me and she was super impressed, and you all know that is saying something! :D

This moving company was the worst ,first of all the guys that moved me two different times were on drugs they look like they were stoned out of my mind. I could've moved my house faster than them second of all they ruined a couple things of mine that they would not replace so make sure you get insurance because they will not own up to what they damage. Oh and trying to get a hold of them impossible once you do the job with them they are impossible specially if there's stuff that's damaged. If you're moving don't use this company.

This is the third time that I have used this company. The first time they packed and moved all of the contents of our condo into a storage unit they recommended. It was almost a year before I was able to go to the storage facility to check the contents. The storage facility was clean and everything that they packed was organized and so well packed.
I recently used them again to move items from a house in the mountains to the beach. Jon, Hector and Kevin were amazing. They were super professional and extremely helpful. The packing is the best that you will ever see and the furniture was handled

First, just wanted to say that this company was very efficient when it came down to actually packing the truck, unfortunately the way they were being efficient was throwing our boxes and personal belongings around in their truck, while boxes were clearly marked "Fragile" and "Breakable". We ran into the problem of not having enough room in the truck, and it apparently being "over weight" which is understandable, because a lot of heavy stuff in a tiny 16 foot truck can only go so far.

Booked them for our move. Got a call the morning of the move they would be late. There were 3 of them that they insisted were needed bc we had stairs in our apt. Thought due to more people the move would be quicker. Definitely dragged their feet. Left for lunch while moving from our apt to our home without telling us. For a few of the damages they said they would file a claim and someone would reach out. I have followed up and still no response back after 2 months. Loved the professionalism of the movers. I also liked that Dave(the owner) asked all the right questions for a perfect move and followed up with me a day prior to ensure the move was perfect. He made aware all the charges and informed me of how to make it more affordable if I needed to. He made me feel like he cared I didn't spend more money that I had to. Really recommend his business!

We have used Costa Mesa Moving Company four times in that 8 years. They have moved us from multiple apartments to a house and now back to an apartment. The customer service is great and all movers we had were professional, courteous with belongings, on time, and FAST! This time I had movers Manny, Jon, and Gabriel who were AMAZING! Arrived on time, moved me out of my house in 1.5 hours and into my new place in another 1.5 hours. They worked great as a team and were very professional, kind, helpful, and took care of all my furniture and decor. I have had a great experience each time with this company

Just completed another successful, stress-free move with Costa Mesa Moving Company. Armand, AJ, and the whole team were amazingly fast, extremely professional, and packed all of our items with care. The company rates are very reasonable. Scheduling and estimating the move was a breeze. And it's really impressive that, despite charging on an hourly basis, they work super quickly and efficiently - they even came in under the estimate! We will be requesting the same team when we move out of storage. Highly recommend!

We used them twice locally and were so happy to hear they do long distance moves as well. We called for a quote and did the walk through the very next day. Received the quote within 24 hrs. They even brought us boxes, paper, and tape a couple days ahead of time so we could pack the room we were packing ourselves. We opted for their team to pack most of the apartment and they sent a crew of 7 to complete the task. They packed a dense 2 bedroom apartment in a little over 3 hours! I can't say enough about Costa Mesa Moving. We have used them three times now in the past 7 years and have been more than satisfied each time. Our closing date on our house got pushed back a couple days and they accommodated me as I didn't want anyone else to move us. Their team came in and packed my entire garage and cleared out the house in record time! Their professionalism and hard work really stands out. When I first started getting quotes for moving us, CMMC was the only company that returned our calls quickly and provided us with a very accurate quote.
Drew, Mario, and Sina were the assigned movers who moved our house last October. They were courteous and quick. No damage or scrapes on walls or furniture. They did a great job and I can only recommend them and the company as a whole. Keep up the good work and stay healthy and safe in these crazy times.

We were referred to Costa Mesa Moving Company by our luxury apartment complex. They told us this was the best moving company in Orange County and since we have never hired movers before, we wanted a personal recommendation. First impressions are lasting impressions and the entire process from start to finish with this moving company was incredibly smooth!
