I hired this company because Rudy is the brother of a very good friend of mine..that was my first mistake, I believe Rudy thought I was a slam dunk on getting my business and therefore treated my move the way he did.
The first thing I noticed was the way he spoke to a customer on the phone while at my house. It was very unprofessional and a little scary.
He wanted no contract and wanted it to be a complete cash sale????
I reluctantly agreed.. I was not present at the time of packing up however I was present at the time of unloading. It was very sloppy and very fast paced. The men unloading the

Even when had to fixed furniture that a different moving company broke and didn't even tell us. Gave us a great discount, when it was last minute.
