Chicago Booth has gone above and beyond to be certain we and our end users are happy customers. Beautiful product. Friendly customer support staff and great pricing. We recently had an issue with some concealed freight damage - CB stepped up and is fixing the problem instead of pointing fingers like most manufacturers. Very pleased with this level of service and commitment to customer satisfaction.

First off, I am not your normal customer. I do not own a restaurant or a retail space, I actually own an advertising agency and used Chicago Booth Manufacturing to create booths and counters for my agency's break room and creative space. Each piece was custom built for specific purpose use. The reason I mentioned that I am not in the restaurant business is that, when it comes to booths and counter manufacturing, I have no idea what I am doing!
