I stopped today and Rodney was very helpful in picking out a lounge and glider patio set for my wife's birthday. The owner also jumped in and explained all about the gas fireside tables. We will also purchasing one of those in the fall. Very fair pricing for quality products and exceptional customer service!!!

What a delightful shopping experience this visit was. Interacting with Miss Beverly, the owner, was very low key. She was helpful in fabric selection and in assisting with the appropriate accessories. The store has an excellent, non ersatz, selection of outdoor furniture. Of particular interest is the artwork design incorporated into tables by KNF Nellie Olson. Prices were very reasonable on everything we purchased for our patio.

I am so impressed with this store and Beverly! I am also one very picky person when it comes to customer service since I am in sales as well. She is Very detailed, patient and extremely helpful. She gave us tons of options and helped us pick the right fabric for our set. I walked into Home and Patio today and was promptly greeted by Beverly. She noticed that I had a file in my hands and asked if she could help me with it. She patiently showed me around her beautiful showroom helping me to make the best decisions for our patio and pool area. Since I needed seating areas, dining areas and fire pit chairs, there was a lot of coordinating necessary to make the new furniture blend with my existing OW Lee. By the time I left today we had chosen everything, including deep seating furniture with awesome throw pillows, dining chairs and table, end tables, and umbrellas

My wife and I have been customers of Home & Patio for nearly 8 years. We have purchased outdoor furniture for 2 different homes and are in the process of furnishing the third from them. Their knowledge of outdoor products and design expertise is very helpful. We enjoy working with them and have always found that they carefully follow-up even when something may not go just right or a product has a defect which isn't often, but as you know it can happen. We are repeat customers of Houston Home & Patio, and for good reasons. They stock the highest quality and best looking outdoor furniture. Their sales people know their products and make very good recommendations. Their after-sales service is tops, in case repairs are needed. We love this store, and we love these people. When we are in the market for new pool furniture, we will only go back to Houston Home & Patio. No need to shop around when you are already dealing with the best.

Our experience at Houston Home and Patio was absolutely flawless! It is a family owned business and the owners are people you work with...no sales staff who come and go like most patio stores. Kelley and her mom absolutely know everything there is to know about their products right off the top of their heads! They have a dynamic relationship with their vendors and if there are any questions, they will call them directly and have answers for you that very day. We were trying to outfit a renovated pool/backyard area that wasn't completed so that we would have the furniture when it was completed.

We purchased a complete set of furniture for our pool and arbor from Home and Patio about 10 years ago. We are very pleased with the quality of the furniture and how well it has held up to our near continuous use. We have also utilized Home and Patio for sling replacement and chair feet which wear with use on our paver stones. The service is excellent and we are very pleased to be able to obtain parts. They remember us as a customer and are always responsive. We would definitely buy from Home and Patio again.
