I bought these stools online not knowing how comfortable they would be or if the color (purple) would be the hue I was really hoping for. I'd just bought an adjustable table and needed something that would work at any height.
Let me just say- "win-win" on both counts! I called Zuri to ask a few questions prior to purchase and the customer service was excellent. They arrived quickly and with NO damage to the boxes or chairs. Assembly was a piece of cake and they were around my table in no time. Comfort- exceptional! Look- exactly what I wanted and true to what I saw online.

I did a Google search for Contemporary office furniture and these guys show up first. After getting a swatch and a quote I decided to dig a bit deeper since I am not in the Dallas area and have zero ability to see the stuff first hand.

I had to change the original order mid-stream. No problem. One phone call and it was done with no hassle whatsoever.
The Zuri customer service team was courteous and professional (especially Tanya) from start to finish and communication via email regarding delivery and product availability was outstanding!
I will definitely use Zuri again for any future purchases

Please read the one star reviews . These are real reviews of the quality of the furniture . Donot buy the extended warranty, it's a scam. This company will not be there after purchase. I purchased an extended warranty and they won't even return my call. They make excuses for why the furniture falls apart days after purchase. BUYER BEWARE

Ordered online to Austin Texas. (White glove) Order shows up damaged and nobody ever calls to do anything about it.
Month plus goes by so we start calling and I keep getting the runaround. Then I post a negative review and they offer to compensate me and instal the incomplete, damaged order with a replacement in two mouths. I accept the offer which came with no compensation. I don't care because I just want my office and bar complete.
Two weeks go by and not a call or response to my accepting the order. My only recourse is to post this second bad review.
I am asking for a manager

I am happy with bar stools I ordered from Zuri Furniture. They had good choice of colors and very reasonable price. I did have to wait for more than a month to receive an order but it was due to delays because of Covid-19 and some issues with Fedex. In the end, I got my order and those stools look very stylish and very modern!

Dealing with this company is so exhausting. We placed the order in August 2020. I received an email notifying me that our orders shipped on 9/30. Didn't actually got the delivery until mid-October. The TV entertainment arrived damaged and missing parts. I couldn't put it together. They have very poor communication so far--no update on when we will get our missing parts. Ok, so now it is 2021, almost 4 months later, and we still haven't heard anything from them. Their furniture is made in China, so you be the judge. Really done with this store, rather looking for something

Love these fabulous Lynx stools. They are firm yet very comfortable and have an ergonomic feel when seated. They came very well wrapped and protected and were fairly simple to put together. The ratchet thingy was difficult to hold but I found one with a handle on it, made it much easier. Hint...screw in each screw evenly just a bit at a time and they will all go in.
The color is perfect a true eggplant and added a nice pop of color to my neutral kitchen.
