My process involves an honest conversation with my clients to understand their wants. An assessment of any specific pieces they want in the room gives great direction for the design. I visited Kathy Adams Interiors for the first time today and was very impressed. They have a beautifully curated selection of both traditional and contemporary products (definitely the best collection I’ve seen in north Dallas). The prices are fair for the quality. Sharon was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. Their textiles are gorgeous. I look forward to future visits to the store.

I worked with designer Fanchon McBride and she was FABULOUS! She asked me what I was wanting and what types of things I liked. She asked for pictures of rooms I liked. She LISTENED to everything I said. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome of our family room! It is absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Thank you Fanchon!

After doing a ton of research, I fell in love with the brand Hickory White and knew what I wanted: something well built, good quality in solid wood that I could keep as a forever piece. We visited a trade only showroom (open only to interior designers) in the Dallas Design District and saw a wooden HW set we loved, so I set out to find a way to purchase it.

You can't shop in peace at this store. Every time I have visited this store (and I have bought things here over the years), the designers (salespeople) will continually hound you unless you tell them if, and who you are working with in their store. If you don't, you are fresh meat. If you do mention a name, they then want to get them even if you tell them that you are just browsing for ideas and do not prefer to have them call the person. If you tell them that you have an "outside" designer (which i have) they still continually approach you.

This store is incredible! I have lived all over the country and have never met a team of interior designers with more talent. When you walk in the front door, it's like eye candy for the home. After lots of research, what I learned is Kathy Adams is the number one interior designer in North Texas and her designers are the best you could ever find. I was not wasting time trying to shop in a big box furniture store. I'm too busy. These girls and guys are the real deal and such Pros!

So we bought a couch set from here 8 years ago. The color was a beautiful maroon. Over time the couch and love seat's leather have completely deteriorated in quality. I understand that with continued use the leather can look worn but it shouldn't be cracking or losing its color. See attached pictures for what it used to look like and what it now looks like. After spending over $6,000 and 7 years later this isn't the caliber of quality I was expecting from this brand. I went back to Drexel Heritage and showed them pics, while I understand it's not under warranty they had no words

We purchased some pieces of high-end furniture from Kathy Adams Interiors. Unfortunately, only the furniture was high-end. After lengthy waits for our pieces, the cordial customer service we received before we ordered the pieces suddenly ended.
Our calls to check on the status of our orders seemed to annoy them. I cannot remember an actual call-back from them after our messages were left. We were put in a position to continually call for updates on our pieces for weeks/months. There were many excuses and a lack of concern. I so much agree with the comments from the customer who said initially the service was wonderful until the order was placed. After searching all over for furniture I liked, I found Kathy Adams Interiors in Feb 2013 and left thinking "what a class act." Now I regret ever placing the order. I spent what I consider a fair amount on dining room furniture, tables for a family room and a $3,800 rug. I was sent furniture that was damaged, filthy (looked like it had been in the warehouse for years), didn't fit my room (even after the designer came out to measure before I ordered). Delivery

I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of furniture and assessories from Kathy Adams Interiors in the past year. I was sent a discount certificate in the mail from Kathy Adams Interiors based on my purchases, which I decided to use for an assessories purchase. I was told by the store manager on the day I purchased the items that there would be no problem returning anything that I felt didn't look good in my home. I decided to ask the salesperson to exchange an item for me after having it for 7 days, which was the time limit shown on their sales receipt. When I arrived at the store
