Ashley did a phenomenal job at explaining what the issues were with various trees in my yard. She, unlike some tree arborists, was all about keeping the tree. So knowledgeable and honest. I had one large water oak removed which was hollow and posing a risk to the house. Marshall, Mike and the crew did an amazing job for a very fair price. Kyle took care of the logs and the yard was raked and cleaned so well. It was a pleasure dealing with Jessica and Josie in the office and working with an honest company! Kudos to the team!!! I will use them again when needed.

The staff, crew are professional, polite and accurate. The estimate was quick and fair for the removal of two trees. The crew showed up and took the best care to position the equipment and truck to cut down two trees and not cause any damage to the yard and surrounding areas. They were helpful in stacking the logs that we wanted the keep and cleaned up after themselves. Was very pleased with the professional attitude and execution. Thank you

Thorough, responsive, reasonably priced and fast! I called after hours, Marshall was able to reach out immediately and provide a quote within minutes utilizing pictures I sent and satellite video. Crew showed up the next morning-on time. Effortless process, very pleased. Marshall also provided professional opinion on removing the tree vs. re-plant. Ultimately chose removal. It’s difficult to find this kind of customer service anymore-will use again in the future!

Great tree pruning service this week from Charleston Tree Experts. The crew knew what to do but took the time to answer all my questions and concern. They also took the their time pruning a tree that was recovering from hurricane damage. Cleanup was great. It was also easy to work the office on scheduling.

This company Charleston Tree Experts deserves the highest rating for the excellent work recently done at our home. Owner Marshall Badeaux listened carefully to what our needs and concerns were and then quickly sent in a well-equipped professional crew who efficiently accomplished the job in a timely manner. They also did an amazing cleanup! Throughout the whole process, every crew member was polite, respectful of property, and hardworking. Trees are such an important part of a home's landscape and more importantly, safety. I needed expert advise and service to handle a potentially hazardous tree and other trees that needed maintenance. The hazardous tree was on a neighboring property, where it most certainly would have landed on our home if it was compromised. The best company ever! Ashley came out to give us a quote on removing a few limbs from above our roof & power line. She was fun to talk with and very knowledgeable. We were actually quite surprised that the cost was very reasonable, actually less than what we were expecting. Communication has been great between Vicki (at the office) and I. When the crew arrived they were all smiles and went above and beyond making sure everything was done to meet our expectations and cleaned everything up, even blowing off the driveway.
