The absolute worst group of people when it comes to integrity and professionalism. Spoke over top of my daughter, me AND my husband when we tried to tell them what was going on with her car. Two small minded women that work there actually laughed at my daughter when she told them how much mileage she currently has on her car, from purchasing it 6 months ago. Car had major issues within the first 2 months and when the car was brought back to be looked at, she was told that nothing was wrong. Manager refused to give their name - why, what are you trying to hide?? RUN from their place. If anyone knows

The car process itself is okay never have any problems with the staff (the men) but NICOLE the lady behind the glass window who handles finance is rude as ever. I donāt understand how she is still working there with all the complaints l. She literally makes business with this company horrible. Her customer service is ridiculous it makes no sense. Like I said dealing with everyone else in the company is okay except for her. She always has something to say an excuse as to why something hasnāt been yet when she have a specific time. Itās just crazy never dealt with a representative like her

My job has been laying people off and doing things without our notice so iāve been keeping them informedā¦.I STILL HAVE A JOB LETS MAKE THAT CLEAR at first i made a payment arrangement and then they said all other payments have to be on time coolā¦ but when i called them about another fluke in my job not paying us on the right DAY and them not letting us know anything theres nothing they can doā¦. i havenāt even made the first payment on the car yetā¦. I would sum up this dealership with the term, Con-Artists. Professional con-artists. Purchased a car a few years back from them, initially felt pretty happy about it. Two weeks later, they start calling me at work saying I missed a payment and that they were "coming to get the car". When I signed for the car, I paid not only the down payment, but 3 months upfront just to stay ahead of payments. They said it was fine at the time, but after I left with the car, they suddenly don't "allow early payments because you have to pay every 30 days" in order to keep the loan current. The customer service was horrible the first vehicle I had with them had a service engine light on took them several weeks just to get me an appointment to look at the vehicle. Two months later I found out the dealership doesnāt even have the title for the vehicle and have to place me into another car. The second car I got from them has a service engine light on and is overheating. After 2 weeks of having to be in a little rental car they tell me the vehicle needs a new engine.
