I worked with Scott from Storm Pros and was really delighted to have chosen him. While he wasn't the cheapest of the many vendors we reviewed, he was the most professional and easy to work with. Scott was great with communication and timely with his responses. With a million other things for me to do, I'm glad I was able to trust Scott and his team with replacing my roof on a technically challenging and steep roof that several other roofers had declined to work on and with a very quick turnaround too! After a big storm, I noticed one of my shingles had slid off of the roof into the gutter. Storm Pros was very quick to respond to my call and come out for a look. In less than 2 days and a thorough repair, my roof is back to normal. What impressed me most was that with the inspection of my roof. It was noticed that not one but two shingles were improperly installed and the rain and wind damaged the shingles. Storm Pros explained what and how it was wrong and fixed the problem. The price for that quick service call and repair was much lower than I had anticipated. Great Job all around!

Kyle came out to my house after I told him that I had a leak in my roof. He did come out a couple of days later. He told me to call him Sunday to get a quote and I called and left a message. I never heard back from him and I believe this is due to my insurance not covering the roof. If the insurance covered the roof, I feel he would have been more responsive. I was going to choose him but after a couple of days of waiting I called another roofing company and they came out the next day. Before they left, they gave me a brochure and a quote. I was even told of some houses that I could drive out to

Storm pros replaced my roof due to hail damage and came highly recommended from a group of realtors. I was expecting to repair an area causing a leak. They inspected, found hail damage, worked directly with the insurance company to facilitate the claim to make it EASY, and recommended a great replacement shingle for the look of the house. They were very helpful in the process and came out to do the job in 1.5 days without obtaining a penny upfront. Very impressed with their quality, level or responsiveness, and clean up. Highly recommend this company you can trust.

Kyle and his team were very respectful. My husband and I called about a roof leak, they came out and did a free inspection. We needed a new roof, and him and his team helped us through the whole process. The office staff was very helpful and respectful as well. We are so pleased by how are roof turned out and how fast it was done. I highly recommend this company.
