Being a boutique luxury home builder we only take on a select few homes at a time. This allows us to give the upmost in time and attention to developing and improving our homes with each build. We are not a complex organization with multiple levels of personnel and management. We are a father/son principal business with extremely high levels of commitment to each job focusing on every detail, and maintaining the highest quality.
We believe in our homes so much that a high majority of our business is spec home development without outside investors. As principals, we also live in the product we build, in the communities in which we work and play. That's a commitment to "creating relationships through remarkable home building"!
Not only is Chris passionate about custom home building. It's in his family. Growing up in the Midwest Chris's father was a custom home builder for over 20 years, teaching Chris the business from a very early age. Chris graduated from the University of Florida with a BS in business management and immediately moved to southwest Florida.
